Do not use this place unless you want them to botch your surgery. Took my wife in for skin cancer…read moreremoval and immediately after surgery she had a lump on her head that they said would go away. It did not go away when asked about it they said oh we can take that off but insurance won't cover it but they caused it but they will not stand behind it. Do not use these quacks! Horrible place ran by idiots

I thought I had finished this years ago! OMG the people who should have read this to be informed 4…read moreyears ago. Im so sorry. I did post elsewhere. Anyway, minor things maybe ok. But they messed me up so badly I am still having issues many years later!! I need even more surgery to try again to correct the breathing issues these guys caused. The specialist who I was referred to said the work was so bad (by them) that he had very few options to help me breathe properly. My botched surgery here was in 2021. This particular surgery required 2 surgery dates. They dont inform you of what might happen. So when it's really bad, you just lay there in the office and panic. I only expected 1 surgery. However, one was to use the Mohs (Ive also been told by professionals there should never have even been a surgery as there are so many nonsurgical options that work so much better - but of course no one makes much money out of those options.) and one that was supposed to be "cosmetic". The first half was good, and the nostril was fine. I slept in a chair for 2 months because it helps to keep the nose open, and less risk of accidental damage. It was as open as before surgery when I went in for the cosmetic part. Everything was ok until Miss Hatchet Screwup, who was supposed to perform cosmetic finishing touches got a hold of my nose. She had no clue what she was doing and shouldnt have been allowed even to work on someones derriere let alone a face!!!!! She left a big pea sized cauliflower (lumpy) type blob on the spot after pushing so very hard she collapsed everything the surgeon had done in first surgery - which now collapsed the nostril & blocked breathing on that side, possibly influenced or caused the damage on the other side according to what I've been told. Now these guys are soooooo busy and they don't or they didn't "check up" on patients that I had a hard time getting back in to tell the surgeon I had trouble breathing & show him the horrible blob that no other person I could find pictures of should have had on their face. Proper surgery should have resulted in near original shape. This was bad. I didnt know at the time she had totally collapsed the inside of my nostril. The minute he did see me, I saw the alarm in his eyes and he mumbled something like oh no that's too heavy. Meaning the large size of the blob was too big for that part of the nose. Ya think? No one would see me the day the stitches came out. So by now everything was pretty much grown together again, but he took a razor blade and sliced the blob off and told me to try that. Like I said, it had been a while and it didn't do anything. He performed another surgery which he (I really thought he knew what he was doing) that if I understood pulled at it from under the skin and it went up the side of my nose and eye and to the eyebrow. Didnt help. More weird scars. Most likely because I don't think he knew the side of the nose had been crushed by her pressure and the nasal passage was collapsed. Do you know how hard it is to not breath through your nose and keep your mouth closed? You can't do it. I have had numerous dental issues due to constant plaque build up & mouth so dry I nearly suffocate at times, especially at night & mouth sores. It's all due to mouth breathing. I have to have more surgery. They're not sure how to handle it since this place originally caused so many scars & issues. The surgeon was always so busy because of multiple cities and more patients than 1 person should ever have no matter how greedy they were. I liked him, but he should have performed ALL delicate surgeries, especially in the area where so much damage can be done so quickly, eyes and nose should not be done by someone with a cracker jack diploma. I don't even know how she, herself could actually accept the cauliflower blob, both the size and the lumps and merrily skip off to destroy someone else and consider herself a cosmetic surgeon. It was a joke to everyone else who saw me, that's how bad it was and she was pleased with it? I didnt see it until I got home or I would have thrown a hissy fit. I believe the reason he passed me off to someone who shouldn't even be employed by a funeral home was because it was being paid for by the VA (pays same as Medicare) and of course they don't get paid nearly as much for their work as those with great insurance, thus the extreme issues. Keep that in mind if you use these guys. Things may have changed, but I wouldn't take the risk. All these years later and my life is still severely impacted every single day!! I havent even mentioned the Halloween mask they created. If you want to have your face hacked up & hate yourself, by all means make an appointment, otherwise might want to consider elsewhere! Ive changed computers or Id attach pictures, but they're gross, really gross.
