As you could imagine I was very busy that day so I assigned my grooms to help me with certain things, like paying for the limos additional time used and a tip. We went over our time by 20 minutes, which they did make us aware would be charge at full one hour rate @ $120, no biggie. And then we would offer him a $50 tip, so additional $175. Turns out he charges my best man $400...we have tried to call them, text them and they wont even answer or attempt to call back and give us a solution to fix this. I honestly cant believe they are doing this, its been 30 days and still no call back. I never thought it would happen to me, especially on my wedding....avoid them...completely unprofessional. They must be struggling that bad that they need to rob me of $225, after I just paid for a whole wedding, shameless and disgraceful....family business, family crooks is what the Rodriguez family really is.
