Completely Ruined My Birthday Night Booked Anytime Limousine Services for my birthday and it was a disaster. On the way to our restaurant, the driver got a flat tire and we were left stranded with no backup vehicle. We had to order three Ubers on the side of the freeway just to make our reservation. I'm sorry to say that this particular adventure was not one for the books. Although I feel I must preface this with the fact that the driver of the limo was very cordial and helpful: My sons 9th bday party we chose to celebrate in a big way yesterday. Only bc he had t had a bday party since he was 4. Now then, we ordered a g wagon stretch limo, driver to arrive promptly at 2:35, so that the car wouldn't get stuck in school traffic. We waited and received a call at 2:45 notifying me that he was going to be about 10 more mins. Driver actually didn't arrive until 3:05. And the limo wouldn't fit the 12 kids and three adults. I'm not sure how that ended up happening so, I stayed back and got a ride with another parent so I missed the whole thing. So sad honestly. By the time we arrived at K1 speedway, we missed our first two drive times. Which either meant the kids would only get one race. So I was charged an extra $300 more than I should have been all because of the latency. Driver mentioned that if it would have been booked at 2:30, he wouldn't have hit traffic. Well terrific. It cost $680 to drive from Calabasas to Thousand Oaks without a return ride. Add to that what I stupidly tipped the late driver, and my total for a train wreck of a bday with anytime limo service was $780. I mentioned to the owner how upset I was, how angry th he school was when the driver rolled in when the next grade was out, and how annoyed all the kids and parents were yesterday - Susana hasn't even apologized. Hired this company for my wedding and at first they sounded like they would not be able to make it on time for my pick up time but then ended up telling me they would arrive between 4-430. Which was perfect since my grand entrance was at 530. They ended up picking us up at almost 530 so I was late to my wedding grand entrance. Not happy, I was all about this company until my recent past...I am extremely dissatisfied with this company's recent service. Getting through the reservation was a huge process, when I was finally able to get the lady over the phone to understand my email address and received my confirmation... there was so many errors from spelling to incorrect address and missing details that were huge to my event not inputted into my booking. It could have been a language barrier, but when you verbally explain and send over details, I wouldn't assume to have so many mistakes. Once the bus arrived, I knew the driver was unaware of the note to be discreet because it was a "surprise party" and they parked right in front of the house... which was asked over 5 times to call prior to arrival with the lady over the phone ! As imagined this surprise was ruined. We did make the best of it for the money we spend, which was another issue. I explained to the women that my CC was just to be held on file and we would be paying in cash but they processed to charge the CC and collect the cash, which was okay because they did issue a refund that took a few days. Luckily, the driver was a great guy and with a little conversation he explained that Nancy was no longer with this company and now I understand why things were not as detailed and precise per usual. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I think this is the first time I have EVER written such an unpleasant review for a service, but it is reflective of my experience working with this company. If you are looking for a limo or shuttle service for an event that is important to you, in my case my wedding, I would HIGHLY recommend using another service, such as ITS (Integrated Transportation Services, Inc), because this company cannot be trusted. To summarize my experience, they held my guests hostage in the shuttle without transporting them to my wedding until they received an imprint of my credit card, which I had given them in advance to avoid this type of situation since, as you can imagine, often brides are preoccupied on the day of their wedding. Second, after tracking me down minutes before for my ceremony to deal with this, the driver did not follow the directions I had confirmed 3 TIMES with the company, and got lost! This made my entire wedding late and a bus full of unhappy guests. To top this off, their customer service is so EXTREMELY rude. They took absolutely no responsibility for their behavior, were unapologetic, and tried to put the blame on me. I would never ever ever encourage anyone I know to use this service. They are unable to provide the service you expect, and they are very difficult to deal with. Terrible Company - I was quoted a price, provided a contract, signed and returned it and all set right? No! 3 1/2 hours before the pick up I was informed the price I was quoted was incorrect and they needed an additional $45 or they would cancel the pick-up. We hired an SUV navigator limo for our kids birthday party of 13 people. David B. our driver was excellent-called me hours before to introduce himself, confirm the pick up location and our needs. He arrived early and on time. The limo was pristine, and everything functioned well - A/C and iPhone/iPod hookup, drinks. I wish I can give zero stars if I can because 1 star is too much! I booked a navigator limo for 10 people for my wedding. This particular day topped at 96F and the ceiling A/C was NOT WORKING which was the only A/C available for the groom and bride seat. There was no apology from the driver either. I had particularly booked this company because they already had the liability insurance with the L.A. Arboretum. When I booked, I made sure that they knew their way there AND to the back gate which allows the limos on the grounds for photo shoot. I also attached the directions from Arboretum to the limo company. However, once we got to the front of the arboretum, the driver asked me where HE SHOULD BE GOING!! Umm... ONE JOB you have is to DRIVE AROUND! We are going to the Arboretum for a photo shoot. Did you not check for direction? He was also getting fresh with my MOH because I was clearly annoyed that 1. I was sweating like a mofo in a patty coat and a wedding gown in 96F day in a limo with no direct A/C AND that I had to fish through my email on the phone to get him the directions when I already got car sick from his horrible sudden breakings. for 4 hours it was $95 /hr so total $385 for the limo. If I knew that I was getting a limo with no A/C and an incompetent driver, I would NOT FOR SURE have booked let alone pay full price. OH two more. the limo would NOT have sat 10 adults comfortably. My 2 photographers ended up driving their own cars there. And I actually got a ride back to the wedding site from my photographers because their A/C was actually working. The limo driver freaked out that I wasn't going back with them and stopped us 3 times to make sure that we were coming back so he can get his tip. SMH to the max! DO NOT HIRE! read more

Terrible limo service. After asking and confirming twice that the limo would be arriving on time with a full bar, the limo showed up with no alcohol. We decided to go to Ralphs and get our own liquor, which in turn made us late for our event. The driver told us the limo service would hear about the lack of bar (he never told them). I emailed, but never received an answer. I called and complained about the lack of a bar as promised, kindly informing them that I was late for my event and down $150 for alcohol. A day later I was informed that I would be reimbursed $20 for the lack of bar on their end. Did i mention the driver almost took a wrong turn on the freeway... we had to constantly check on him to make sure we got to our location. Its like GPS isnt a common thing anymore.... I rented the sprinter Mercedes for 10 passengers for my bday. One day before my event they emailed me saying it wasn't available.I got a "free upgrade" with the ford limo. The only reason i gave them a 3 is because it was a good price they gave me compared to the rest. And my driver john was really cool. The bus arrived on time in Hollywood, CA, the driver Sako was as nice as he could be, the bus was clean, well equipped, and ready to rock! If I could give this company negative stars, I would! I definitely would NOT recommend this place. I booked a g wagon limo, which was really nice, BUT they are thieves and they never respond to emails and voicemails when you have concerns or want to confront them! At first they were easy to deal with, I booked the limo from 12-5PM for $750.00 with drinks included - not bad. I called a couple of weeks before the wedding and I asked to change the time to 1:30- 6:30PM they said okay. Everything ran smoothly with the pick up, they were on time 1:30PM, the guys were picked up first & taken to the church. They had asked the driver if he could clean up the spill in the back since he slammed on the breaks and one of the groomsmen spilled - he said yes. It was not cleaned because I sat on the spilled small puddle (I was the bride!). I let it go because I wasnt going to let it ruin my day. It was time to go to the venue I have 20 bridesmaids/groomsmen altogether. They advised me 20 people fit in the car - you can barely fit 14 people! The rest of my party had to uber. At this point it was only 4:00PM the venue was only 15 mins away in the LA traffic. I had asked the driver to come back and pick up the rest of the party - my husband and I had our own car and driver from a company that is 100x better, I wish I went with them for the limo. The driver said no because i only had the car until 5PM. Why the heck would I pay the same price ($750) for 1.5 hrs less!? I was so pissed, but my bridal party told me not to worry about it, so I didn't. I've called and emailed and NO response! They are thieves, dont bother with them. Instead go to MLS transportation and ask to speak to Arthur! Amazing guy and knows how to treat his customers. read more
