After the terrible experience I had with One Dream Limo services, It is hard to believe that anyone had a good experience and It makes me question the positive feedback here. I would advise you to save yourself a headache an avoid using One Dream Limo services. The driver was late, the limo was dirty, and the drinks hot with no ice. We paid for 4 hours, but because the limo was such a bad experience, we cut the trip short to just a bit over 2 hours. I spent time researching other Limo companies and they were by far the best deal. They were on time, professional, accommodating, and friendly. Arthur was very attentive to my needs and made the booking stress free and no hassle whatsoever. Our driver Jack was was helpful, patient and courteous with our rowdy group and made the drive to dinner and to the club so much fun! The bus itself was clean, lights and sound system were up to date and we made good use of the pole. I was a passenger on one of their limos that one my family friends rented to use for 4 hours for a Quincenera. However we where only able to use it for like 2 hours at most because of the lack of ac in the limo as the weather was extremely hot that day reaching 100 degrees. The party size was around 20 people and for the ac not be working made it feel hotter than it was. The limo was also late and was not cleaned from the last use of it as there was trash and cans littering the counters. There was also no ice for the refreshments. If I could give this a zero star I would, this is the worse limo experience we have ever had. Not only was it melting hot in the limo because ethe a/c was not working properly , the limo was dirty, there was open soda cans , the seats and limo was dirty. Our ride had to be cut short, my daughters , friends and family were horrified. The driver went to go buy ice after dropping us off at the park to take pictures. I think he should of been prepared before picking us up . I understand its hot but after 15 minutes of being inside the a/c was not working. Please save your money and look somewhere else. This company is a joke. Arthur is a complete liar. He'll make promises he won't keep My requirements for my wedding was open bar and a limo to fit 16 people. I was told by Arthur that they can provide what I wanted, so i signed with them. Wedding day came and not only did I not get open bar, but I got a bigger limo than I wanted. When I called Arthur on the wedding day he said open bar is not in the contract. Well Arthur neither was the bigger limo genius. The actual driver was nice, but Arthur was looking to rip us off. These people almost ruined our wedding. First off, despite the fact that it was stated in the contract that they would have champagne in the limo, there was nothing but cheap vodka. The AC barely worked, and the guys who came to pick us looked very unprofessional. He looked like a construction worker. You don't show up to someones wedding with a crusty, untucked shirt. Because they didn't have champagne as promised, we had to stop and buy some, making us go over on the hour limit. They then REFUSED to drive unless we gave them CASH money.Yes. The driver refusd to take us to the reception unless we paid him cash. Well we paid. And guess what? They just didn't show up to pick us up at the end of the night after the reception, as promised in the contract and we had tio find a ride to our hotel. When we contacted them about what happened, we got some lip service from Arthur about how he valued his customers and would look into the matter. Well he didn't do anything and the driver completely LIED about how much he extorted from us by refusing to drive. Stay Away! read more
