The only person several of his patients consistently have a problem with is Joanne at the front desk. Don't let her rude and brisk attitude deter you from Dr. Sanchez as long as you don't have to deal with her you will have a great day! Now on the down side parking is $4 and this is never a quick trip. I believe the quickest I've gotten out is 1.5 hours and the longest I've been there is about 4 hours. The wait time has definitely improved in the past few years.
