The floral basket that Pam came up with was absolutely gorgeous. It was for a funeral and all I had was a name, town and the church. Pam did all the research to find out where to send it and time. It was sitting there when we got to the church. And when my mom passed a couple of years ago, we're Catholic and it was Lent so no flowers in church - I had forgotten all about that. Pam was right up on it. She knows and understands her customers and the local customs and religious needs. I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers for our childhood friends, father's funeral. The shop was so attentive they called me to make sure they had the right name. I had used his legal name and all the other flower orders she was getting were by his nickname. I felt so silly and told her we always called him Mr. Castillo so that's how we addressed the card. A friend of mine had an arrangement sent to my fiancé and I but unfortunately we were not home to receive it. Instead of just leaving the flowers on the porch, the wonderful ladies called me and tried to see when we would be home. They didn't want to leave the flowers on the porch because the heat would have for sure killed them. The ladies offered to take them to a neighbor or even drive back out to us the next day. Unfortunately our schedules are all over the place and we were having a hard time trying to find a time for them to come back and deliver the flowers. They were so kind so I offered to go pick them up from them. This flower shop is about 30 minutes from my house but I didn't mind because the ladies were so sweet. When I picked up my flowers one gal noticed the vase had a small crack and immediately went to the back and replaced the vase and water before handing them over to me. During this hard time, the ladies at this flower shop showed such compassion and were and absolute pleasure. The floral arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and I absolutely loved it. Lee's is outstanding. I ordered a graduation lei from them. Unfortunately, I realized I had to leave town before they opened on the day of pickup. The day before, I called the shop an hour til closing to cancel my order. They said they hadn't yet made the lei because they were still waiting on the materials to arrive. Pam was willing to offer me a full refund. However, Pam said that she could get it to me before I left town the next day. She met me at 6am, which is 3 hours before Lee's even opens.
