I didn't receive my connections for the washer & dryer I had rented. I was told I would get a call the next day, she called me at 7 pm 3 days later leaving a voicemail following up on my survey. -The only reason she followed up. I went in the next day and told her that I didn't receive those connections. Tells me she called so her driver could take the connections to me, then says, "does your phone not work or what?". I then said, "yes it does, I just decided not to call back". So at this point she knows exactly who I am. So I came only to pick up the connections & be on my way. I didn't bring anything with me but my car keys. I didn't think I would need my ID, but she asks to see it because now she says she doesn't know who I am. Minutes ago we were just talking about her delivery driver taking the connections to my house. I tell her I don't have my ID & she makes things difficult and insists I have to show it. I just created this account within a week. They had just printed my ID. All my information was there. But she kept insisting that she didn't know who I was and kept speaking over me. She decided to make things difficult so I told her you know what just go pick up your washer & dryer. I just moved and this washer & dryer were very much needed. I wasn't able to wash for 3 days already, now I was told I couldn't get MY connections?! Stupid. All just time wasted. Very unprofessional. Crystal shouldn't be talking to customers like that. They are losing money with her NASTY ATTITUDE. Don't come here.

Well Today I walked in ready to make a purchase with cash. The blonde lady was not very helpful and tried to push me off. I wanted to look at a ring in the display case as I wanted to purchase 3 rings total. I feel I was profiled and stereotyped because I just came from the gym in athletic clothes. As I was pretty much pushed away I pulled out a large amount of cash and will be taking my business elsewhere. In this day and age I was unaware that small businesses can pick and choose who they serve. I'll take my business to a place who will treat me like a customer should be treated! Lesson learned. Upon entering me and gf were welcomed in and were surprised/ impressed with the amount of variety of crystals available. The use of the space was really good and the placements of items was very organized. The ladies present were very helpful and personable. We spoke for some time and the energy/vibe was positive. There was also a shaman present from one of the adjacent businesses and we all engaged in conversation regarding spiritual ideas, chakras and crystals. We were given a discount on our crystals and they even gave us a free crystal with purchase which was also a bonus.
