The issue that had arisen seemed complicated and possibly pricey to fix. Montana at Rooter Right promptly found a sensible solution, one that didn't require tearing out the wall and starting over. He was patient and generous with his time, explaining what had caused the issue, and suggested various options for the fix. I deferred to his professional judgment, and he fixed the problem and secured the handle far better than the original installer had. This was only supposed to be an estimate, but he was so smart and ready for anything that the problem was fixed on the spot and at a very reasonable price. On a personal note, unlike nearly every other home repair person I have worked with, Montana never put down the prior work done to make himself look good. He was fair and objective, never bashing prior people's work. It gave me much more trust in him, confidence in his skills, and respect for his good character. Many, many thanks to Montana.
