I called back to cancel the appointment but they couldn't find the order. They charged my credit card immediately but 4 hours later, I can't get someone to help me to cancel the appointment. After 15 minutes on hold, the person got back to me to tell me the appointment had already been cancelled. They never called me they had cancelled the appointment and my guess is they had no intention of calling me back to schedule another date. Looks like I dodge a bullet.

Kim and Brian and their son Zack are a hardworking family team of second and third generation experts in a business that is labor intensive and not what most of us would call a "pleasant" atmosphere to work in. Stinky's came out to my home on June 2nd to clean out my septic tank. The person that arrived on June 2 was late and not familiar with how to clean it out telling us that we need to add an access panel, which is not an easy thing costing thousands of $$$. He was here less than 15 mins & left- insisting that he be paid $334 - despite that he never finished the job. We paid him via check. I told him I would call to have the other guy who helped us finish the job. I called & had to even call back as they were not good on responding. The guy who answered told me what my customer record said (needs support for paper clog- which they remedied the last time) and that he would send someone out to finish the job. On June 14th they sent the same guy who told me the same thing and even wanted to charge me $45 on top of it! Meanwhile my septic was NOT cleaned out totally and they cashed my check on June 3rd. When I called back a representative told me that we were "not a good fit" and they could not help us anymore. This is fraud, as they did not finish the job, knew that it needed to have more support and kept sending the wrong same guy, who knows nothing. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!
