The lady at the desk asked the lady completing a pedi if she "wanted to stay by herself" for another pedi if they left. The pedi lady stated that she had never closed before. Then, the greeter lady stated something about people coming in now and she had to go so she would show her how to close up. Umm, your door says 7p...it is 6p! Nevermind. I was put off by it all and left, cash in hand. I won't be returning, and it is disappointing since this used to be my go to when living locally. The saddest part is that they have no competition for 12 miles. VERY disappointing experience.

I told the guy I just wanted the regular pedi which was $35. He kept putting the list in front of me pointing to the $55 and $65 pedis. I told him I just wanted the regular one and he kept pushing for the more expensive ones, then would say, "...but whatever you want!" So he seemed to finally accept that, but he used gel polish even though the pedi I requested included regular, not gel polish. He charged me $50. The staff are very courteous and make you feel comfortable as you walk through the door. They have a large selection of services along with an enormous selection of polish colors and powders. Once they bring you back, they offer a beverage of your choice. Soft drinks, water, mimosa or wine. They take the extra time to get your nails looking meticulous and do not make you feel rushed. I love the way my nails came out.
