I felt such a sense of relief and lightness afterwards. He really took his time and made an effort to address my concerns (shoulders/neck/arms) which helped me tremendously. Working at a desk all day I have a lot of pain in those areas and I'm used to being able to get regular massages to help. We move a lot for work so it's not always possible but I'm happy to say I've found a new therapist to visit on the regular. He also did some work on my neck with me turned on my side to better access those points which I thoroughly appreciated as not many therapists do that. My mom is a massage therapist and I've gotten used to getting work done often to help with any issues. I'm so happy to have found a great therapist and lovely spa setting to visit.
