My ear had scar tissue from a previous plastic surgery procedure and my legs were huge! Walking was very difficult. I investigated several people for Lymphatic Drainage, knowing that if not done correctly, it can hurt you and be counterproductive. I could not drive and could barely walk without holding onto something. I found Pam Moyer, who was trained in the Vodder Technique of manual lymphatic drainage. Let me tell you- it was not what I was expecting! How can such a gentle touch produce such spectacular results? I don't know but it worked. After the session, I was very tired and went home and rested. I also "disposed of a lot of liquid" afterwards. (Nice way of saying I peed a lot). The following morning the band that had been like a vice on my lungs had disappeared and I would breathe with ease. While hydrating, I was getting rid of fluid as fast as I could take it in. The size of my calf's and ankles went down. I had to have more of that magic so I booked another session. I was so much better that I could actually drive myself this time! This session concentrated on the ear scar tissue (it was much looser) and my legs and ankles. And then back up to my lungs again. Two days after this session, my legs looked thinner and the edema was much better. I discontinued us of Lasix for the edema because it was so much better. My calves were down another 2 inches! Pam gave me all kinds of hints to use at home and she was willing to answer my questions and share her knowledge. I don't understand how it works completely but I know that she has some magic in her hands. I will be going to her for the Lymphatic Drainage as needed. (I anticipate a few more sessions). They also have massages and facials here so I can't wait to book a nice deep massage! I can only say Thank You, Pam, for all that you've done for me. I'm walking. I can breathe and I can drive again. I must have been a basket case for her since I had just been released from the hospital after 6 days and I was pitiful. Now, I am getting better all the time thanks to Pam and the Lymphatic drainage.

I cannot personally attest to Dr. Gaines, as I have not had any surgeries at this location, but this is truly an incredible partnership that allows clients to pursue all their aesthetic or cosmetic procedures in one place, with staff they are already comfortable with greeting them and offering a plethora of experience, knowledge, and services along the way. Lastly, I feel it would be remiss not to mention the personal touch and genuine care that the staff has for each and every client. A few months ago, I had a personal emergency which left me without my cell phone, and I ended up "no-call, no-show-ing" two appointments in a row. Instead of blocking me from scheduling further appointments, both Kelsey and Lindsey showed immediate, unwavering care and concern and welcomed me back to my appointments as soon as I was able to make contact again. Of course, I hope such an incident never happens to anyone else, but many Med Spas that I know of would enforce a strict cancellation policy with no questions asked, but not here. When I come here, I know that I'm not only trusting my body with experts and professionals at their specialties, but trusting my overall wellbeing to a team that genuinely wants to see everyone look, feel, and achieve their best. You can pay any way you want the day of service. The spa is located in the bustling Midtown area. The entrance leads you to their front area which is the store part. They sell lots of high quality health, spa and beauty items and accessories. These aren't your run of the mill drugstore brands so expect to spend extra $$. There is a door that leads to the spa area and pedicure/manicure stations. It's a nice sized room with 2 pedicure chairs with the most comfortable chairs I've ever had a pedi in! There are windows looking out on the main street and I loved the natural light coming in. There is also a chandelier hanging which makes this place pretty luxe. Kayla did my pedi and she had that very important skill of chatting while doing my pedi which was great since she didn't fall behind or take longer than the norm. The techs were also nice enough to squeeze us in for last minute manicures which was super appreciated! It ended up costing $65 for both a mani and pedi before tip. Money very well spent in my opinion. I think this may be our designated Tallahassee spa for the future!
