I picked up sweet potatoes ( 4-wrapped) for only $3 dollars! Bag of sweet cherries $6 dollar, and a bag of tri color mini sweet peppers $2.50. A Beautiful wildflower bouquet $11 dollars and the most beautiful Boston Fern for $6.50!!!!!! I will definitely come back to this store.........even though I live closer to the Chichester location.

We were just there a couple of days ago and I'm going back tomorrow to get fresh vegetables for the Fourth of July! I got everything from green peppers to flowers to garlic to hot peppers tomatoes fresh dill and fruits. They are the freshest produce and the least expensive. Eggs are 3 dozen for $3.00!!! When it is time to make some flower arrangements for different holidays or somebody's birthday or what ever, I get my flowers there and arrange them. They sell flowers, the filler flowers, which are small and all the greens you need to make something gorgeous. We go a few times a month and so do my daughters! We like cooking fresh!!!

Tried again because I wanted fresh butternut squash and mushrooms. Picked through the mushrooms to find a pack that was half way decent. They were all fuzzy looking like they are old. Bought a few onions, a pack of mushrooms and some squash. Got home the mushrooms were slimy and gross inside. The onions were molded under the skin. Good thing is I could save those by peeling the molded layers off. The mushrooms were no good. They advertise cotton candy grapes and had 2 bags sitting out with rotten grapes in them. As expensive as this produce is it should be fresh not old, moldy, wilted and unusable.

Now I go to Lancaster to get my hanging flowers as they are never over 15.00. They have lost me buying flowers from them anymore & I still get some fruits & vegetables but not as much as it goes bad too fast. They need to go back to what they were doing when they first started out. Many people I know have stopped going to them due to this. Extremely nice people though.

The sausage is made in house and just delectable. There is also a Mexican vendor and the tacos are out of this world. The donuts always hit the spot and the varieties are endless. Not to mention the cakes here, are to die for. It's like I'm on a shopping spree for food. I just can't help but to go crazy and get a little bit of everything. Why not, I can't get this back home in DC. Needless to say this is the place to visit if your in Delaware.

They talk to each other fast, work fast, and pad the bill. Every time. It's like as of it's a mandatory to overcharge! They try to rush you, so you just get your things and go. I add prices of items I buy as I do my shopping. I then check what they have charged for everything by comparing it to my own list before I leave the store. Every time there is discrepancy in their favor! They sell tens of thousands of dollars a day. Why the women at the register do this is beyond comprehension. I've had enough. From now on, I am switching to Apna Baazar.

It sounds like a petty complaint but after years of bad eggplant, I finally called them and complained. The associate was completely useless and said she can't help me. Also reminded me that they have a no return policy. It's simple...if your produce goes bad, DON'T SELL IT!
