Angel patiently showed me many samples, covered the pricing in detail, answered all my question regarding the difference in quality of the various products, came to my house several times to see how the installation was going and if there was anything I needed. I had tile and carpet, part of which was over my partial basement that added a couple of complications where one part of my addition wasn't even with the original house. Richard came out and they worked out a plan to transition the two levels. It came out perfectly. I kept my original baseboards. Irving and Juan removed them without damage, numbered each one and reinstalled them. They were wonderful I can't say enough good things about them. In the middle of the installation, I came down with covid. After a week, they were right back on the job. I was afraid they would have another job in the works and was grateful to see them ready to finish. All and all, they were just about like family by the time the job was complete. I told them I would miss them!! I had a dark tile I loved and carpet in bedrooms. The lighter flooring has brightened my house. I don't miss the tile or the carpet and will never have either again. The first time was to shore up some poor work done on the house before we bought it. The work was done for a good price and he and his team did a little extra work to shore up some of the small issues that would have become larger issues had we not had them come out and take care of this for us. The second time was to look at what could have been a very expensive drain issue had the worst turned out. Thought it was a collapsed line but Earl diagnosed that it more than likely was not a collapsed line. They came out and were able to fix it by pulling out a piece of small pipe that would block and unblock the line that must have been accidently dropped in main line when the bathroom was last replumbed.
