For $5 (machine accepts cash or card) your dog can walk up into an elevated basin, and then it works exactly like a self-serve car wash. There's a dial on the wall to select different shampoos, deodorizers, etc. it's amazing not to have to try to bend over the bathtub to wash my dog who hates baths anyway! I love that all the products are in the machine and come out of the hose. There's even a milk bone vending machine on the wall. Make sure you bring towels to dry your dog.

Truck was still wet when they were done, front windshield was all spotty, they never even wiped down the running boards. I also paid to have the interior cleaned. It wasn't vacuumed or wiped down at all. The kid who washed it was in such a hurry to get rid of me when he brought me the keys. Now I know why! Ripoff!!
