The good: Freddy's employees are friendly, hard working, and did an alright job. For the best wash, hand wax, and interior detail, $80 out the door felt like a great price. The bad: They lured me in with the $30 hand wax special. First, they scheduled me wrong. When I showed up for my appointment, they jumped the price on me to $85. Then agreed to do the $30. Then told me the $30 price was actually a special from last month and it would be $50 with interior. I've been paying for hand washes for my truck since it won't fit through the regular wash. Yesterday I got the worst wash I've ever had, anywhere. Truck was still wet when they were done, front windshield was all spotty, they never even wiped down the running boards. I also paid to have the interior cleaned. It wasn't vacuumed or wiped down at all. The kid who washed it was in such a hurry to get rid of me when he brought me the keys. Now I know why! Ripoff!! read more

I always stop here after getting my car looked at at Valvoline because they offer 50% off. The value for their service is very high. It's definitely worth it at full price, and especially incredible at half price!! I love the human aspect of the car wash too. Not only does the car wash do a great job, but afterwards they have employees dry off your car and make sure it looks good. You can also get somebody to do your tires for you which is a great addition. Most places don't do that at all. The car wash is 10/10. The only reason I'm taking a star away is that their vaccum set up for customers to use is very minimum and the suction was very bad. I wasn't able to get a lot of the spots I was hoping to get. In good conscience, I feel like I need to leave a review about my experience with Fabulous Freddy's. In October, I took my 2024 Subaru Outback in for its first interior detail because I wanted it cleaned up for a road trip with my husband and sister. Immediately after picking up my vehicle, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. My car could not properly shift into park or drive, and multiple warning systems were malfunctioning. I contacted Fabulous Freddy's right away and was told to report it to management. What followed was over a month of back-and-forth trying to get the issue resolved while being without my car and still managing a full-time job and daily responsibilities. When Subaru inspected the vehicle, I was told it appeared the center console had been heavily saturated with water, to the point that the vehicle's computer system was damaged. Prior to the detail, the car had been functioning completely fine. While I did purchase the car used, I had driven it regularly and taken it through car washes many times without a single issue. What was especially frustrating was the lack of accountability. I was ultimately only reimbursed for part of the repair costs, despite the damage occurring immediately after the detailing service. At a certain point, I felt pressured to accept the partial reimbursement simply because I could not continue going without a vehicle. At the same time, I believed I had accidentally left my wallet in the car during the detail appointment. I contacted Fabulous Freddy's shortly after and was told they did not have it. After searching everywhere and assuming it was gone for good, I was unexpectedly contacted 7 months later by a newly hired employee who told me they had found my wallet. When I picked it up, the cash that had been inside was missing. This entire experience has honestly been incredibly disheartening. What should have been a simple car detail turned into a month without transportation, expensive repair issues, ongoing stress, and now a wallet that was apparently sitting there for months with missing cash inside. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a service business. read more

We have a free drink card purchased from a fundraiser for the Splash Drink place. No fine print, except no energy drinks. They still charge you for extra pumps or whatever. And last time we went, we got trapped in line for at last 15 minutes because they couldn't figure out how to use a Gift card!! First off, HAVE THEM PULL OVER!!!! Second, train your employees!! The people are great. Don't do the monthly full service. They do a decent job on the inside of the car but there is little to no soap on the car wash. If you buy the cars wash separately they actually add soap. You'd think full service would mean you'd get soap! The number 4 means no soap. The number 5 lots of soap. Ugh! read more

Great gas station where you can get so many different treats, oil change, gas, and a car wash. My kids and I were impressed how many different choices we had to choose from when selecting treats. There's your typical gas station food but it also ranges to dippin dot, cookies, popcorn, and sandwiches as well. There's also a drive through for the dippin dots, cookies, mixed sodas and popcorn. Gave them a second chance but can't continue. I did a monthly plan when they first opened but finally cancelled it because the quality of the finish work done after the wash was so terribly inconsistent, even after pointing out issues. Tried a monthly plan again the last several months but same result. This last time i asked again that they be sure to wipe down all sections of the exterior and windows and when we came out it was laughable. Every section of the car was half wiped and the other half still had a film of dirt and swirls from rags. It was so bad. I'm tired of feeling like the bad guy asking them to re-wipe everything. Shouldn't be this difficult. So I'm cancelling and moving on. read more

Hands down the best place to go when you want a car wash and or detail and to grab some good popcorn or food, they have some great popcorn; and sandwiches, freshly made sandwiches by some amazing staff members. Is it possible to have a family fun center that is a car wash/gas station? Clearly so here! My little ones loved the car wash and treat experience all in one! First they have Splash Drinks & Treats--specialty sodas, homemade cookies, Dippin' Dots, and Doc's Popcorn. They serve up ADDITIONAL Dippin' Dot flavors I had never seen before. We tasted Brownie Batter and Birthday Cake. Both excellent new flavors! The Doc Popcorn had a variety to choose from: jalapeño, cheddar, triple white cheddar, kettle corn or better butter. Tip: the caramel corn is delish. Secondly, their drinks are spritely and fun. The most thrilling was on the kid menu: the Wavy Baby which included Powerade, vanilla and glitter. Yep. Glitter. Edible of course and makes the drink so fun. The Peachy Keen aqua is also a refreshing mixup; I loved it. Lastly, they make their own cookies. Car wash time!!!! This is such a good place to get your vehicle washed and clean. There automatic car wash is amazing! Then the hand towel drying and the vacuum and cleaning inside is amazing. They do such a good job..... They have it all here, I drive from Saratoga springs to here. They need to open up another one near me. The car wash is a cool atmosphere but they did a terrible job. I have a dually that couldn't go through the main wash. Paid $70 for a hand wash with interior and it looks terrible. Also told me I would have to pay extra to have my floor mats washed. I would think that would be included in a regular clean. We decided to try Fabulous Freddy's for an exterior only car wash because we were in the area and our tree had dropped some leaf debris on our car. We paid for the Best Exterior car wash and had high hopes. We were told to pick a lane and we would be guided in. We chose the lane that didn't already have a car in it and pulled up. There was no one there to guide us. We aren't car wash newbies so we guided ourselves in and followed the directions on the sign and waited. About a minute later a kid came up, sprayed the front of the car with something, then "scrubbed" the hood and windshield for maybe 15 seconds and then the car started moving and he and another kid half heartedly scrubbed a few seconds on the sides and back as we rolled past. You could still see stuff all over the hood, windows, and rear window. Then we rolled through a serious lackluster car wash tunnel where I pointed out to my husband that I wasn't sure how anyone knew which car wash level we had purchased because once we got to a lane, nobody spoke to us at all and no indication was made. If what we got was the Best, I can't imagine the lower levels. Then we had two kids hand drying the car, leaving visible debris and water on the car. There was a place for tips, my question is for what? Our car was touched by human hands for maybe a minute total. Nobody communicated, smiled, or even made eye contact. Seriously, very disappointing. For $23 I at least expect a clean car, some friendly service would have been nice too - but decent service would have been enough. Sadly we got neither. read more

Not so fabulous. Asked for a touchless car wash, and instead had my hood completely destroyed. For $19 I got a dented and scratched hood when I exited the car wash. When I asked for a manager, they told me nobody was there to help me and to come back at 7:00 am on a Friday. Go here if you're into the distressed, grunge look on your vehicle for only $19 plus tax. I have been to plenty of fabulous freddy's and even worked at one in nevada for a few years. The quality of service that they provide has dramatically decreased. The outside of the car is barely "wiped down" and not even dried and blown out. they dont clean door jams, dont spray any cleaning products on your dash or cupholders. they only wipe things down with a damp rag. they even forget to vacuum the trunk and i specifically asked for it to be vacuumed. the workers are nice but i dont think they are held to any "fabulous" standards. read more

Fabulous feels like an understatement. I would go with Phenomenal Freddy's but I do recognize while they both have the 'f' sound, only one of those words actually starts with an F. I am not going to lie, I visited here for Ikes. At first I was confused and I was like "Ike's is in a gas station?!". However, Freddy's is not just some gas station. When I think of a gas station, I don't think of a nice, clean place with food I trust. For example, I genuinely believe I would get back with my ex before I ingest a 7-11 hot dog. That is just me though. Freddy's is IMMACULATE. They have a wide variety of different convenience items from donuts to air freshners. They have a really nice section of drinks that includes everything from Bug Juice to Watermelon White Claw (my two favorite drinks, yeah boyyy). They also have one helluva slushy station. You can even get a funky looking bottle with your slushy. My favorite part is also the fact that they have a Splash and an Ikes right there (I will be speaking about the experience with each of those businesses on their own review page). They have a decent size seating area too. It is heaven on earth if I've ever seen it. They really went all out in creating this space for people! read more

Today I went to fabulous Freddys for the first time, and had a car hand washed and waxed that I am selling. I was very pleased with the attentiveness of the team, specifically Breckan who took the time at the end to review everything with us, and make a few little touchups before we left. Everyone was friendly and polite, and the overall facility with its variety of drinks and food make it a very unique business. Thursday night, I paid $27 for a "VIP" cleaning which supposedly included vacuuming and interior cleaning. Well explain to me how they think the can provide decent job in 5 minutes? They didn't. The exterior was great, but inside there were literally spills and trash left all over. I had to re-clean and re-vacuum for 20 minutes to get it clean. First and foremost, you get more bang for your buck here than most washes which require you to vacuum and wipe the interior and exterior of your car down by yourself. I love being able to get the car towel dried immediately upon existing the wash and having someone vacuum and clean my car out for me while I grab a drink or a bite to eat. Extremely convenient and great value. That said, I wish this Freddy's location were better. The staff here is nice enough, I have no complaints there. It's just that this location is not what I've come to expect from Freddy's. I used to use Freddy's all the time in Las Vegas where the chain originated (even worked there for a brief stint). I loved the service and how quick and thorough the interior cleaning was there no matter which location I went to. This location is just not the same. The primary problem is that it is chronically understaffed. When you get your interior done, there's typically only 1 person working on it whereas in Vegas you have generally 4-5 people per car. The quality here is just really hit or miss, which is a shame. The wait times are also way too long. Expect to wait 20-25 minutes even if you're the only person in line. Another gripe I have is that the Vegas locations usually put a protectant coat over the interior (I think it's something similar to VRP by Chemical Guys) as a finishing touch. I've never gotten that at this location, and if I have, it was so sparingly used that I couldn't tell it was done. Lastly, I was told that my membership would also work at the Vegas locations. It does not. Probably irrelevant for most people but I frequently travel to Vegas as I have family there. read more

A friendly lady greeted me and quickly got me through the wash. I received 1/2 off coupon because I just hit my car serviced at Vavoline. That was nice ! Before I went through the wash a guy took a brush with soap and gently brushed the extra crud . This car wash was by far the best at cleaning my car. Worth it for sure . What I didn't like was as I left the wash part I was greeted by 3 employees who started to dry my car. At first I thought this was great and so I tipped them(saw a tip jar that suggested I do so) but when I went to the self serve vacuum area I realized they didn't dry it at all. Had my truck detailed here today chose the 1 hour and 30 minutes package that's $150 on the website scheduled it for 4:30 dropped the truck off at 4:20 left came back at 6:15 truck still wasn't done. Asked a manager he said it shouldn't be to much longer. 1 hour passed still nothin. At 8pm when they closed it was finally done. Wasn't happy I had to cancel plans for tonight.
