Which is fine but I explained to them it didn't have to be perfect. I just wanted it repaired to be worn again. They said their would have to hand sew it. Which was fine with me. It was pricier than expected however we live in an era where everything had gone up. I gave them 4 stars because of their confidence level when I first messaged them. Other than those issues I'm satisfied with the results to repair my military jacket.

I found this young unqualified man's comment to be offensive to try to cover up a lack of skills. I ended up going somewhere else that had no issues fixing my items. My favorite jacket is now fixed and I have a beautiful hemmed sweater to wear to work.
