I called up there and asked for same day delivery. To my surprise, I was told yes. My fiancé and I took a pair of tuxedo pants to get altered that he got from K & G. K & G quoted $63 but I didn't want to have to drive back to Morrow since I live in Fayetteville to pick up. We took them here (I've been coming since high school - I live across the street from her pastor) and she said $80. I asked if that was the best she came down to $75. We paid cash after the pointed to her sign and said all orders under $100 must prepay and she gave me a receipt and said to come today for pick up. When I came today to pick up she said I had not paid. She said she would check the cameras. She said she couldn't pull it up and asked for my home address....and said she would call me if she found that I had paid and I could come back for them. I called the police because I gave her the receipt she gave us after paying. After a long exchange she ended up giving me my pants because I do not think her cameras work and she KNEW SHE WAS WRONG. This tells me that she does not follow her polices for ALL customers. She will never have to worry about me using her over priced service again after essential calling me a thief. It must be time for her to retire. read more

Annie has provided me with alteration services for years. It' s time that I pay my thank you forward by at least providing a review. I have always been extremely pleased with her alterations. She delivers as promised. Measurements are perfect. Now cost wise, she's expensive! If you cannot spare the expense and opt for sub-par services, all I can say to you is sorry. I will continue using her services even should she opt to relocate. She's super nice and always great at providing recommended guidance on what the look and fit should be. read more

I've used Annie Alterations on several occasions and find her work to be good quality but slightly overpriced, Her hours of operation are unreliable; twice I've tried to pick up my garments only to be kept waiting for more than 30 minutes for her to open the shop. Respecting your customers time goes a long way toward repeat business. read more

Too expensive for zippers which was the service I needed. Very rude when we decided to go somewhere else. Annie did a great job in taking in three pairs of my pants. I had to have three pairs of suit pants taken in 5 inches because of recent weight loss, she fitted me and had all three ready for me to pick up just a week later. Can't even tell they were altered. Would definitely recommend. read more

I used this once. The work was okay but this business opened 30 minutes late and the second time closed three hours earlier than posted.

This was my first time here i came in before closing and it was short notice because I needed my dress altered before the 19th of December for my birthday. . Horrible because she butchered and botched my daughter's expensive prom dress with an uneven jacked up result... It was horrible. I took my daughter's very expensive prom dress to Annie for alterations and she ended up butchering her dress. My daughter specified that she only wanted two inches cut off the dress and that she wanted it to remain "Touching the Floor." Her dress when we picked it up was visibly uneven and visibly too short on one side. I made Annie aware of this when my daughter tried on the dress for pick up. Her only response was it is okay. She did not apologize or say she would make it right by replacing with the cost of the dress plus the charge for alteration. She did none of the above. After thinking of the horrible job Annie had done, my husband, daughter and I went back to get full refund because my daughter was so upset that her prom dress was ruined. Annie was rude about the request while yelling and threatening to contact the police. She called us stupid and pretended that she could not speak English and called her son to translate. While we were calmly requesting our money back a couple of customers came and witnessed her outrageous behavior and they walked out not wanting her business anymore saying that we should take her court for damages. Which is what we are in the process of doing because she refused to acknowledge that she clearly cut my daughter's expensive prom dress too short and refuse to give us any kind of reimbursement or a refund period. So if you do not want your clothes or special items ( wedding dresses and prom dresses) butchered and botched please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or if you do not want to be involved in a civil lawsuit like we will be DO NOT GIVE Annie's Alterations YOUR BUSINESS!! read more

Didn't get services, because the customer I was behind was picking up her prom dress that had alterations and was very upset because ms Annie (owner) had cut it to short and uneven I noticed it as well. What disturbed me was the lack of respect she showed this young lady and her parents, simply unacceptable. No apologies were given she threatened them with police because they asked for a refund. At one point she told the mother to shut up and get out. Hats off to them for keeping there cool because I don't know if I would have been so calm.
