After a few appointments, he introduced us to the Swift therapy which worked extremely well and also cleared up other warts (non plantar) my son had on his other foot. While this treatment wasn't covered by our insurance, it actually saved us from repeated visits if we continued on the traditional path we had been on. Kelsi, the PA, called me back promptly on time (first time ever for me in a physician's office) and efficiently did the background for Dr. Squatrito. After radiographs, Dr. Squatrito met with me. She impressed me as knowledgeable and patient-centric in her approach. We decided to monitor the condition for now. If it deteriorates, we will go with an orthotic insert and surgery only if absolutely necessary. Another same-day Friday start to a vacation for Calvin leaving his patients "high and dry" presumably to have to proactively call and reschedule, because you know, that's what REAL doctors do. This guy is such a sham and to be avoided and it's simply comical at this point he's not only updating me on his ill planned vacations with his patients but hasn't tHe 30 seconds to remove me from his database. Some people can't be saved from their own stupidity. It's worth noting that the fake account his office used to combat my legitimate initial negative review (oddly the singular other review that exists here, posted on the same day I posted mine) still only has one review. So all this to say, if you are about a "Dr" willing to sacrifice their integrity publicly here on Yelp to avoid accountability and a fair representation of consumer experiences, THIS is your quack. It's worth noting that although this may seem trivial, the FTC feels very strongly about it and it's nothing short of illegal. Luckily I deal with this professionally in my career and have a standing quarterly call with the office wishing the FTC that handles review manipulation. The issue I have is that they refuse to authorize my pharmacy to a refill of a prescription for a low dose statin that their Dr. prescribed (for a one year term refilled every 90 days) without seeing me and getting new labs - In other words, they want me to pay for an appointment and new labs that my insurance will only cover once per year....because their employee left. But they have the labs, which is what providers use to determine whether the prescription is warranted. Statins are literally the most prescribed medication in the US and they have all the evidence to validate a simple refill but are trying to force me to pay a significant out of pocket expense to get it.

The staff is professional, including Naomi and always professional. I have used Dr. Fairleigh for pain treatment including pain blocks and other pain procedures. Referrals are always kept up keeping costs down. Only disappointment is the new procedure clinic UIC who always messes up billing but they do correct it when you bring it to their attention.
