I have ZERO record in my call log of any call from your office.I have ZERO voice mails from your offices. I have all of this in my digital footprint.The kicker is also have a digital record of an appointment confirmation at 6 pm Monday night so I could tell you I am confirming the appointment.I also have a digital record of you asking me to begin the exhaustive check-in process online which I did yesterday. So everything we have a true record of indicates I had an appointment this morning. Doctor Hilbert gave me detailed info about my diagnosis and treatment plan. I didn't wait long, but afterwards I know any wait I would experience would be because Dr. Hilbert was giving the Patient before me ampul attention. Everyone was nice, but not in that fake I'm trying to sell you something vibe. Dr. Hilbert is reserved, but I like that just the facts type of attitude when it come to my care. A+
