He even told us details of the case of the person he was defending ((nice)) right!? Well my boyfriend used him for his divorce and decided he would pay the consult and he gave me a packet of papers to fill out.... ((Divorce information)) the MAIN information he asks about is addictions, like that's really all... I decided against the divorce!! He refused to give me a REFUND!!! A divorce costs $1500 it was PAID IN FULL I went to his office he was UPSET told me I should've called first to request a refund, I explained I wanted to come in to explain the details of why I chose not to go thru with the divorce. He said he'd ask his brother if they could refund me. He then called my boyfriend to tell him the thinks I'm on drugs and that's why I want my money back!? He just had a violation on a case Rod Just handled for us. he's went and met with my son and told him he would represent him on the violation but not sure about the new charges. Fair enough. Today I stopped at the office to give him a payment. His secretary said he needs to talk to me. He came up to the counter. I told him I'm hear to make a payment. Sorry I didn't make an appointment but I wanted to get him the money because it's hard to hang onto. He said (in the most lil bitch way ever) that he's not going to take the case. Now we have already been talking to him for a few weeks. With my son having court in 7 days. I said your still handleing the violation tho right. He said no, sorry that this inconveniences you. Wtf, inconvenienced me. Maaan, I went from having respect of this guy to absolutely contempt for him. If his actions cause my son to suffer I will share the feeling.

My ex wife and I had come to our own agreement on the settlement and division of the property and I was told no by Brady Law that the judge would not approve it and that I would have to give he a percentage of my 401K to my Ex-wife but she did not want it because of our agreement, my ex told me that it was my attorney that was push the agenda. In the end my ex told her attorney to not accept the 401K transfer. You would assume that a professional Law office would represent you and your wishes but this firm is not professional and does not. Men stay clear of them they are not in it for your best interest.

Brady Law, Bethany McGrandy Review: During the past 14…read moremonths of working with Brady Law to navigate my divorce, it has become painfully apparent that Ms. McGrandy is carrying too full of a client caseload; frequently in court or out of the office, making it difficult, if not impossible to communicate with her quickly and effectively. I have also been charged far more than the $3,200 retainer fee that I was originally quoted, and I suspect the fact that I am a business owner may have something to do with the drawn-out processing times and additional fees. The non-business owner friend who referred me to Brady Law paid about $3,500 for her divorce legal fees, while I have paid nearly $6,500 for the same services. In addition to these issues, I have not been sent any itemized invoices regularly, or at all, unless specifically asked for. Because I was not properly invoiced, I was not aware of a payment schedule and did not remit payment on time. I have subsequently had access to my documents denied - which, in turn, has made the divorce process take even longer. I am VERY dissatisfied with the services I have received from Brady Law and Ms. McGrandy. I would NOT recommend their firm to anyone. Ever.

Then all of a sudden the case was dropped without prejudice. Wanted an explanation and they refused to respond and talk to me. Filed a complaint with state of Michigan and they lied to them. The self dealing, assisting in death case was never ever presented to judge. So that why I say I was paying my attorney to protect the guilty dirty defendant. Horrible outcome, a lot of lies and trickery happened.
