Basically, the budget caps hadn't adhered for a few days on our Google account. Was this even JumpFly's fault? Imho there is some chance this was a glitch with Google, but Jumpfly accepted full responsibility to make it right, and without argument, it was offered proactively and with an open heart. This was to me a significant financial amount at stake. JumpFly within a couple of days had a plan to leverage their top few percent agency status with Google to get a fair hearing, and more than half the amount was credited back by Google, something I could never have done in my own. Their management skills and expertise in handling the circumstances were unparalleled, and they stood behind their work rock solid, 100%. Our paid search guru Pat called us right after the incident by the way, and that kind of integrity is no small thing these days. After a fair accounting for the roi made back by the overspend, they are simply taking the remaining amount off our billing, basically giving us three months free. I challenge you to find another Ppc search agency that stands behind their work that solidly. The work quality and dedication to overcoming the challenges significantly exceed industry standards. By the way, we used a budget firm during the pandemic and it was a disaster. Yes it was far cheaper for the service fee, but we had a new rep every few months and terrible results. Our Microsoft ads was particularly dismal, a spend of many, many tens of thousands of dollars and almost zero results. Within 6 to 8 weeks of resuming for us this year, our roi has gone from less than 1 on Microsoft ads to around 3 or 4, which is a home run for us. Even though we were broke, I should have paid what I had to and maybe just run a shorter time during the pandemic, switching to a budget firm was penny wise and pound foolish many, many times over.
