Each was over 100 pages and would have eaten up the toner in our office printers and taken a lot of time to put together. You can create your presentation then upload it to their website. They have a very simple to use a wizard to put it together the way you want - color or B&W, 3-hole punched, binding options, etc. Then you pay online, select the time to pick the finished materials up, and you're off to the races. I submitted around 11 PM one evening and said I'd be by at 7 AM the next day. Everything was done perfectly, on time.

After opening up the back of my TV he discovered that the power board on the TV was fried. He then advised me that to get a replacement power board would be about $350. So, for his $119 service call charge to come by for initial analysis plus the part and return service call for also $119, I had a fully restored 85" TV for about $570, vs the cost of replacement TV for about $1800. Joe definitely knows what he is doing and is a true professional. I'd recommend him to any family member or friend.
