I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. When I reached out for services, I basically asked for the works--some places were happy to quote me for everything I mentioned without question. But Sage at MMD took the time to explain what was actually needed because of the ceramic coat and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The day of week and date of month didn't match. When I arrived on the Saturday morning the owner showed me I was set for a different Saturday.
