Jacob promised the fence would be done in 2-3 days, but it took 7 days. Jacob said he would ensure that he would sort through the lumber he picked and there would be no warped boards used. This did not happen. One of the outstanding issues was that many of the screws missed the mark and were protruding out the other side of the fence. Additionally, the gates that he made did not fit snuggly and had large gaps. Finally, when asked about fixing the warped gate he used promised to fix, I was told I'd have to buy additional materials and pay for additional labor. Jacob is quite personable and makes lots of promises. Just make certain everything promised has be satisfactorily delivered before fully paying the bill.

Week after week we were given excuses from the owner of why they could not come out and do the job that they told us in the beginning of September would only be a 3-4 day job and be able to do the work the following week after we gave them the deposit. They defaulted and abandoned the fence and gate job and stop responding to our phone calls and text messages. We found out from other people in town that they had a similar situation with this company and to date they have not received their security refund back. We sent a letter requesting the full security deposit returned and to be refunded for materials that we ended up having to purchase after the fact to close up and secure our property. We were told in December that they did not have our security deposit to return to us. We have been trying to collect our full refund since and continue to give excuses of not having the money to be able to return or refund. It has been over a month since we've received communication from them. We recently noticed that on the Better Business Bureau there is now a company profile which there was not one last year and there have been two other complaints.

Casey stated the job could be completed the following week. For months then, both Casey and Layci gave explanations for why they could not do the work, ranging from weather delays to a major motor vehicle accident and a lengthy hospital stay. After a couple months, Casey stated he was too busy, could not complete the job, and would have to refund our money. For another month, he stated he would send the refund as soon as he returned the materials he had purchased. Then, he stated he could not return our money because the bank and/or pipe yard had somehow lost track of the refund. When we insisted he return the money, he discontinued all communication. This "business" has supposedly operated in the Comanche and Sanger, TX areas. Unfortunately, it would appear this couple has effectively scammed multiple people. As the previous reviewer said, buyer beware.
