I saw her work at two separate Airbnb's we stayed at & was given her info with glowing recommendations. Patty is very thorough. She moves the dog crate to get to the hair & dust bunnies. The office is cleaned without being disturbed. She is super easy to communicate with & she listens! Her rates are very reasonable given the size of the house & what she has to deal with: senior dog + 3 teenaged boys = other cleaning services just turned around & ran. My house looks & smells great & I no longer have to be mad at the men in my life for being gross. At the end of the day, communication is key in any relationship. I've found it best to be reasonable in your expectations...but I will say she was able to remove a large black mark on my brand new counter that the installer swore was part of the white stone! Thanks to a busted water heater, that's the sound my carpet made outside of a closet in that hall. A closet that happened to be located directly under the water heater in the attic. The closet with all the old Atari 2600 games, comic books from my childhood, and yknow... that kinda stuff. =o Trinity Roofing & Construction did an amazing job of helping fix the soaked shelves, the moldy walls, and everything.
