I have come to find out that 6 or 7 other cars were towed that same day as well. One gentleman and his mother- while moving in- were two of the cars also towed. Legal Disclosure: The complex states that a Parking Pass must be visible in the windshield or they're subject to towing. And my daughter didn't have this visible, nor did the other 6/7 vehicles, so that gave this Predator Towing company the legal right to do what they did. So picture this: They send out a tow truck LOOKING for revenue to be made, and revenue they indeed made. This company is highly unethical, and I'll repeat, PREDATORY. That's it. My review. I was even able to use my complimentary tint repair (tint removal) to cut down the costs some. Service is quick and professional. It is a small location with 2 car bays, but it's never been a problem for me to get scheduled. Unless something drastically changes in their reviews, I already know I'll be coming back for all of my family's future auto tinting needs.

I brought my 2016 Nissan Titan XD into them and they accepted the challenge. They got my truck running again like new and charged me no more than what my original quote was, which is pretty amazing! It's not easy finding a shop to work on a Nissan Titan with a 5.0 Cummins diesel engine since they discontinued that truck in 2019. Finding people to work on the engine and just finding parts for the vehicle has become quite hard. But they didn't even flinch and took care of the job. I can't recommend them enough.
