I was even able to use my complimentary tint repair (tint removal) to cut down the costs some. Service is quick and professional. It is a small location with 2 car bays, but it's never been a problem for me to get scheduled. The owners communication was almost instant replies and extremely friendly. When I arrived I always got a warm welcome. He gave me the run down of what to do/what not to do for a few days with the tint. It definitely kept me from messing up the tint. He replaced my drivers side tint free of charge because it had two or three little air bubbles and once it had the new tint, no air bubbles, no scratches, everything was perfect. She recommended two different shades, both of which turned out to be perfect. The largest window (darker film) faces directly east, on a lake, with direct Florida sunlight. The film started working the next day at sunup and the temperature drop in that room was apparent right away. Cindy is a hard worker and wants her customers to be happy with her work. That means a lot in this day and age. I recommend her 100%. Her work ethics are excellent. Her professional installation with precise cuts and no bubbles left over in the films was exactly what I wanted. Perfect.
