I've used Jag for my auto tinting needs for 2 cars so far. The tint is beautiful and I've had no problems 4 years later on my oldest tint job. I did later decide to go a shade darker on my front windows and it was a breeze to get in and out. They still had my tint on hand and the price was pretty good. I was even able to use my complimentary tint repair (tint removal) to cut down the costs some. Service is quick and professional. It is a small location with 2 car bays, but it's never been a problem for me to get scheduled. I waited nearly a week to roll down my windows so I wouldn't mess up the tint. Despite this, my passenger front window crinkles when I roll it up. Additionally, my passenger quarter panel window was and is bubbling in places (mostly around the edges). And, my driver side windows has water spots under the film. From 5 feet away the car looks amazing - But it's not nearly the quality I was expecting - especially for over $200-something. That said, the staff are nice, the process is painless, and it was a good experience. But when you start looking close, it's not what I would call a 5-star job. read more

Picked up truck today. Had old tint removed and replaced. I'll continue to post updates as i'm still waiting for the tints to fully set (3 days and i'll be able to safely put windows down). Impressed that install team brought my attention to the windshield film I had chosen (The 3M CR 50 Crystalline, while a good product, was problematic due to the unique way my powered rear view mirror was attached to the windshield. "Removing it to apply a seamless one-piece tint poses a risk of breaking the windshield" . They suggested a lighter tint (CR70) that could be hand fitted via a small, barely noticeable cut-out (due to lighter tint). I appreciated and accepted their recommendation as they could not accept liability if something went wrong. Setting proper expectations and providing advice to avoid risk is important to me and builds trust. read more
