My electric bill is $85 for a 2500ft home now. My experience with Ecoview has been wonderful! Our installers were SPECTACULAR. So professional. Bagged every window to minimize construction dust in my home. Vacuumed. They installed thoroughly using the correct long screws and spray foam around every window, then trim and caulk. Didn't damage any of my stucco or drywall. My windows all work great and sit squarely. No complaints at ALL about the installation or quality. Ecoview was my lowest quote for my impact windows but had the best warranty which is why I went with them. At first, the price made me nervous but now I'm so glad I didn't waste extra money with another company. The only feedback I have is that the original estimator (owners son I believe) was young and made some unprofessional comments while he was at my house. He commented about my mattress being on the floor in my room (none of his business but I was clearly moving in- I had boxes everywhere!). I also had to call to check on the status of my windows and called again to schedule. No issues there but be sure to check on things yourself if you want them done quickly! Carlos, the owner, has been spectacular. He came out to my house and met with me before I ordered. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, not sales-y. Really had a wonderful experience working with them. He replaced my drivers side tint free of charge because it had two or three little air bubbles and once it had the new tint, no air bubbles, no scratches, everything was perfect. We contacted JAG Window Tinting and Treatments to visit our home and provide an estimate. Samantha was very courteous and patient as we coordinated a time to visit. Russell showed up at the time we were scheduled and was equally courteous and respectful. He asked what our desires were and explained what we would like to have done. He showed us several samples and photos, asked our thoughts, suggested a few things. He listened to everything we said and I have to admit...we loved his recommendations! Never was he pushy or the like. In fact, it was like talking to a very good friend. We agreed on things and a time/date was schedule. Their technician showed up on time and was very presentable. He was extremely organized, very hard working, friendly and polite. His work ethic and attention to detail REALLY impressed us! We have to say we are 100% satisfied with everything they did. They said their work would make a difference and it has! The sunlight and heat coming through the front door has been greatly reduced. All rooms are cooler and so is the garage. JAG Tint just completed two separate renovations in our home, retinting our windows AND installing "plantation shutters" on our three sliders, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Tyler spent several hours with us understanding what we wanted and putting the quote together. The team installing the new tint (Tyler, Jordan and Cam) worked quickly and efficiently and kept us posted with each step they completed. Tyler and James installed the new plantation shutters and did an amazing job making sure the units were installed properly. I had JAG window tinting and treatments tint my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu and it turned out absolutely beautiful. The heat and glare rejection was life-changing in this brutal Florida summer. We went to get my husband's windows tinted before we travelled back home from our vacation. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice. Shortly after we left, my husband noticed that one of the panels was cut a little too short so he took the car back. They were closed, but Tate was still there and stayed 40 minutes past closing time to redo the window. He did not have to do that and could have told us to come back the next day during business hours, but he didn't. Thank you so much Tate for your time and your customer service! read more

I've never in…read more42 years doing Business with someone been Harassed, threatened if I wrote a review about his tint job and him as an Owner. Randy tinted my car 3 1/2 years ago and it's been starting to bubble pretty badly on all my windows and one door looked like it was lifting on the side so I first contacted him back in October to fix this but being I live over a hour and a half away I wasn't able to get down there till yesterday. At this point, I thought Randy was nice as I will say he was accommodating with working with my schedule being I lived so far away now. That's about the only nice thing I will say about him to only waste my time and gas and drive a hour and a half to his tint place since it has a "lifetime warranty" which is bogus and a scam. The window he did show me that windows move (He is very lucky the way he shook my window back and forth he didn't break it) so that's why it was causing an issue but as far as all the bubbles that were coming up he would not fix. If He had concerns about the tint, bubbles knowing I was driving over a hour and a half away a good Owner would say "send photos before you drive this far" so I can make sure everything is covered. No he made us drive all that way to not only not fix it but continue to text me, called me name calling and calling me immature because I was going to write a review about his work and threaten me if so did. I'm sorry how is that immature? People write reviews everyday and if I can save a Customer from having this Experience, I'm allowed to share it. His excuse about all the bubbles was it was put on that way and sometimes dust gets in the windows when putting on tint so it was done when he put it on. I'm sorry if that's how it looked with that many Bubbles on all 4 windows then you should not be doing tint as that's the most poorly tint job and I would be embarrassed and you should've fixed it then. I've never in my entire life have had this issue with tint and I've had a lot of cars in the last 27 years. I've had a Tahoe tinted after my car and a Yukon Denali which are both huge vehicles and not one bubble on them. If a Business does tint property it will not have bubbles when it's done or so soon after. Our Yukon has sat outside for almost 2 years in the Hot Florida sun and does not have one bubble on any of the 8 windows yet my car that's garage kept has all these bubbles on all 4 windows. My Wife's car is a 2002 no bubbles. Something is wrong that Randy thinks he can take advantage of Customers, waste my time and gas to not fix the situation. This is when he starts harassing me with text messages and threatening me all because I said I was going to write a review so other Customers aren't taken advantage of and know the work he does. I've had cars 10 years and I've never had to re-tint a garage kept car that's barely driven then this Man wants to say it was done this way. He saw two young Women come out and decided to he would put the blame on us like we didn't know a thing about Tint. Also I've never had an Owner continue to text me and harass me if I posted a review. That's very unprofessional and that's "immature" and makes me wonder what Randy has to hide if I write a review. It's not illegal to write a review about a Business, it's not illegal to write a review about a Business Owner and your Experience with them. It is Illegal to continue to harass a Woman who told you to "leave them alone" and stop harassing you to only get "another" text message almost 3 hours later when you're at dinner with your Family discussing a health issue with a fabricated email (that he wrote himself) threatening me again if I went on Social Media to write a Review. What do you have to hide? Do you like taking advantage of Customers and Women? What Owner and what kind of Man thinks he should continue to do this to a Women who specifically said "leave me alone" fortunately for me, I have my text messages saying leaving me alone, and Randy continuing to text me after, I have a Witness, photos of my bad tint job, I have my Credit card Statement from when he did my tint and credit card receipt showing I paid his establishment if he makes up a lie he didn't do it, and If he thinks it's okay to threaten young Women so they won't post a review about their experience with them. It definitely makes me wonder how many other Customers, Women, or even the Elder he took advantage of and harassed them if they told them they were going to write a review. If you want a good tint job, trust me and look elsewhere as Randy does not know how to tint vehicles, he does not how to treat Customers or respect Women's wishes. Please tell me what Business Owners continues to text Customers harassing them after they left? They don't and if anything they try to fix the situation and not continue to threaten them. My service advisor saw the big ole chip on the front windshield. Gave me the business card for SuperGlass. They highly recommend SuperGlass. The dealership does business with them quite often on a lot of the cars. I trust my service advisor's rec and trust that the dealership does good business with this company so I took a chance. Texted Mike. Got a response right away. Walked me through the steps of what I should tell my insurance company to get them to send the referral to SuperGlass. The process was quick and easy with Mike's help. Mike was responsive, honest, and communicative. Monday morning he texts me back and says, they've received the referral and that the glass has been ordered. Midweek, Veronica texts me and says that the glass should arrive by the end of the week, maybe Friday. Can we schedule for end of week. I said absolutely! We scheduled something for the following week on a Thursday. They were able to come to my job. Veronica had kept me updated throughout the whole process through and through with the technician who was coming to install my windshield. His name is Darius. She told me he would arrive between 10AM-1PM at my job. He was there by 11AM. Called me to let me know that he was on his way and his ETA. Did what he had to do. Glass was replaced. Looks great! Told me that the tech, Doug who calibrates the car, will call me as soon as he heads over as he's leaving another job. Surely enough, Doug calls me. Lets me know his ETA and comes in, grabs my keys, gets to working on calibrating my car. All questions answered and felt like they took care of my car so well. Super pleased at this point. Impressed with the service, the easiness of going through my insurance company w/this company has been easy and such a breeze. On my way home, I noticed that the windshield had some deep scratches on the windshield. I reached out to them the next day, Friday. Let Veronica know I had noticed some deep scratches on the windshield. She asked me to send pictures and told me that she would have a tech reach out to me to coordinate a time and location that he can meet me so he can buff it out for me. Eric and I settled for Saturday. He was running behind, but kept in contact with me through the day to let me know his ETA. Not a problem for me considering he was coming to my place of residence. We did exchange text messages and phone calls, I did let him know that I saw a few scratches, he said no problem, has he'd do his very best to make sure it's as least noticeable as possible. That. day he comes, works on it for about an hour and it looks amazing! Brand new! Not only until after he left did I see the other scratch that I couldn't find when he was there. Texted him immediately, didn't expect him to come back. It's a Saturday, he may have other jobs to go to. So I told him, I'd reach out to Veronica on Monday. Which I did. Explained everything to her. She was more than understanding, since Eric was going to be in the area, she told me he'd reach out to me and see if he can swing by and take a look and buff it out. He again, called me, we agreed for him to come over and it took him literally 30-45 mins and he was done. The deep scratch is gone, like it never happened. I cannot recommend this business enough! The whole team made it quick, easy, and smooth. I didn't have to worry not one bit about my car. Not worrying if they're going to do a good job. If they're going to meet expectations. They surpassed it. Definitely recommend this business for sure. When those rocks and things come flying at your windshield on 95-South and you have damage, get in touch with these guys. They'll put your mind at ease. Highly recommend.
