The guided hypnosis journeys are so beautiful and powerful. Each time is a different journey and Janice intuitively knows exactly what I need for that day. She emails the hypnosis recording to you the day after your session and she even texts you to check in on how you're doing! I feel that Janice truly cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. Though the entrance to getting into the credit union has changed a bit - it's right inside LSH and the staff make it easier to deal with, because they know you by your name - have your information memorized and can take care of any task in the most timely manner ever! Getting a car loan or any type of loan is by far the easiest I've ever done when I deal with Joanne - she's been there since we first became members and makes every transaction seem like nothing. I've been to other banks and credit unions and sometimes they just don't make you feel like they are happy to see you - this isn't the case at this branch and it hasn't been the case at SUNY Fredonia either. Sure there may be that occasional bad teller, but over the years - this place has always been my home town financial institution!
