Referred him to my daughter for apt. cleaning and Amiral destroyed her cast iron railing on her steps which has not been replaced for almost 2 years now. He keeps denying he backed into it blames girlfriend but he was seen doing the damage. I saw the other side of him as he lied over and over....kept having personal problems such as mother of his son smashing his cell phone, denying him to see child etc. No show, no call several times. Expected Stand with Us to be out of business. When he cleaned was very good but lack of accountability detracted from overall service. When I called him asking about the railing repair he got very hostile, swearing, denying etc and his politeness that had impressed me vanished quickly. I guess that was his true colors.

I called approximately 24 hours prior to my appointment to cancel, And stated that I would call back and reschedule. I called back numerous times and left numerous messages without any call back from the owner. I then used a different phone and was able to contact the owner and was told that I did not give enough of a notice of cancellation and they said I could have been billed for the service not performed. I apologized for not giving 48 hour notice of cancellation and set up another appointment for cleaning to be done. On the date of my appointment I contacted this service approximately one hour before my appointed time as I did not receive the promised confirmation call the day before. I left a message asking if they were going to show up for my appointment. I did not receive a call back and no one showed up at the time of my appointment. I then called numerous times that day and left numerous messages. The appointment was for April 8 at 1 PM and today's date is April 12 and I have still not received a callback from the owner of the service. I believe she set up an appointment with no intention of ever showing up. This lack of professionalism is beyond belief. She was very condescending and very rude when I had contacted her after canceling the first appointment. I had a feeling that she wouldn't show, and I really wasn't surprised when she didn't. I would not recommend this service to anyone and I hope she and this business go under very soon as I will do everything I can to help this happen.
