Upon entering we are always greeted and asked to fill out the latest up to date info on our little one on a tablet. You enter the info on the tablet and turn it in and they download it on to their main computer for the dental assistants and Dr. Caldwell to view during your visit. The office is decorated with children's toys throughout to make them as comfortable as possible during your visit. The assistants are very good with the children and ours feels at ease during our visits. Dr. Caldwell comes in to look at any X-rays or concerns the assistant may have. Ours got his teeth cleaned and polished during our last visit and we were in and out in about 35 to 45 minutes. Just always a very nice experience when visiting here.

I called to schedule my daughter a dentist appt and was told that they even though they…read morenormally close at noon on Fridays, they would be staying late on this particular Friday to see reschedules from earlier in the week (everyone had been closed due to bad weather.) I scheduled for almost 2 pm. They called back later that day and asked if I wanted to move up the time, I said that wouldn't work, so we kept it at the original time. I got a text remind the morning of for the original time, but when we went to walk in, the building was locked. If they didn't want to stay open, they shouldn't make scheduled appointments.

A simple 'we don't see patients under 13' during the initial endodontics call would have saved us 4 hours on the road and a day of unnecessary suffering for my daughter. Dr. Laughlin really cares for his patients, and he'll be the first to tell you he doesn't want to see his patients suffer from any pain at all! I agree, I don't want to suffer any pain at all!!! He really good though and he'll keep you laughing the entire time, just a really down to earth guy. All of his staff and his assistants are very good and take very good care of you while your there. What I like about Lumberton Dental is that they accept cash payments for dental work which is good for me because my Medicare doesn't pay for Dental or Vision! They will also work with you on your payments and your office visits and that works out very well for me! I can stretch out my visits to fit my income, pay my bills and pay my dentist!!! I'll tell that when you come here you'll feel so at ease that if you get left in your chair too long while he's tending to another patient, you might find yourself wanting to take a short nap! I used it for a whole month and they were very difficult to deal with. I kept asking them to send me a return label and they refused. Luckily I paid for it with PayPal and I got my money back but everyone's falling for it and it doesn't work.
