Instead of recognizing their error and placing me higher on their installation list, I was placed on bottom. I did not hear from them between April and end of May, and did not hear from them as to when my fence would be installed. At the beginning of July, I emailed about my frustration with lack of communication and how long this was taking since I approved the quote in April. They responded that day and the next week, they showed up to install. Contractor said it would be two days. With no additional clarification, I assumed that day and the next. Nope, that day and another day.....no information given as to when the second day would be. We had a Kentucky board, western style fence installed to keep 2 dogs in, with two access gates. Within 10 seconds of letting my dogs out, one of them got out of the fence at the gate. Come to fine out the gage of fence used behind the Kentucky board is bendable by hand. When I contacted the owner, he said this was not a normal problem. I find that hard to believe as my dog is nothing special. We had to fix the new fence ourselves. We have had to fix several additional places where the gage of the original fence is not holding up. It's too week and I can bend it myself. Decent work, quality of the product is poor, and communication is pitiful at best. Not worth the cheaper price - you get what you pay for.......

I agreed for only two weeks, as long as he put in a free gate for me. Fair trade, right? The wood was in my garage for two whole months and he nor his representative would return my calls or texts. I was given excuse after excuse as to why they haven't came and installed my gate and taken out their stuff in my garage. First it was that Steve was sick. Then it was that her (representative) son got shot. Next it was that her dad had cancer and died the following week. Finally after multiple no shows, they came to install the gate and take the stuff out of the garage. They left the gate, dug a hole, and took their stuff. They didn't even leave any hinges for the gate. I waited for them to come install the gate and they never did. At the same time they still never finished my neighbors fence. I have multiple texts and call logs proving our conversations and that they were supposed to install the gate in return that I let them use my garage for 2 weeks. It turned into two months and they never installed the gate. My husband seriously injured himself with the hole they dug and left, which is still there mind you. I have tried countless times for them to come put the gate in. I have been stood up for the past 3 months over this. Only once did they show up to put the gate in, 2 days after they said they would show up. Yet, they did not knock on our door nor try to call and ask where the gate was. This was in the beginning of trying to get the gate put in. They expected me to leave it out for them in the alley way when they never show up. Not only is this company untrustworthy, but they injury their clients and never finish their work. I have already contacted a lawyer and will be taking them to court.
