Scott answered my questions quickly so we could get the work approved by my POA (PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens) and HOA quickly. Legacy also handled all of the applications, deposits and permits for the job. Once I signed the quote and gave them my deposit, they were off and running! My materials came in early - less than 7 weeks from when I gave them my deposit. The installation crews were super respectful and the work areas were kept clean every day. Once the installation was complete, Eugene from Legacy spent several days at my house painting the doors, trim, etc. His work was meticulous. Legacy has installed four high impact French doors and 14 high impact large windows on our 4,000 square foot home on several occasions over the last few years. They have done an excellent job every time. They completed the installations on time or early with meticulous attention to detail. The pricing for their services is fair even without considering the great service. They are such a delight to work with that we almost miss the interactions with them after they leave. We live in a large HOA with over 180 homes. We had the pleasure of having Legacy do our roof in our home in West Palm Beach. I say "pleasure" for a good reason. Having worked with contractors in the past, Legacy was timely, communication was great, and their staff impeccable in terms of doing the job on time, and with great cleanliness. Every evening the lawn looked as though no one had been there working during the day. They were in a class above. While they may be more expensive, very dollar (not by much) of difference was well worth it. We purchased another home and had them come out to do the roof. To our surprise, they were totally honest and told us we didn't need to spend the money for a roof yet--despite its age. All at no charge. Just wanted to share my thoughts when it came to Legacy and how much I recommend this company. A year ago they did my roof. They did an amazing job with the roof, that I had to come back a year later and get my hurricane impact windows, Just like the roof absolutely killed it, I would come home from work and it's like nobody was there, but the windows were installed. Everything was clean, when the whole process was done, they even went back and stuccoed my holes, of where my old accordion shutters were at and even painted The surrounding part of the window where the accordion shutters were that, it's very little things like this that make me want to come back to them again.
