So, I pulled into the parking lot and walked in. I was immediately greeted by Angelica, who was busy coloring another customer's hair. But, she was so friendly and told me if I didn't mind waiting a little bit, she would be happy to fix me up. I am glad I did. She took her time and did a great job giving me a fabulous pixie cut. What I can say is she was amazing. Best hair wash I have ever received ( minus the ones from my love Ty). You get a condition that they leave on while under the dryer. My hair had never felt so good. WOW... WOW... WOW!!! Seriously this had to be one of the…read morebest experiences I have ever had getting my hair cut. I got right in and had a very professional consultation with Amber. My first thought was, "this looks like a chain, but it sure doesn't feel like a chain" She did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and executing but the WOW part comes in with the VIP experience. I enjoy relaxing and getting my hair washed after a haircut but for the past 5 years no one has really done much short of the bare minimum. Well if you want something special, you need to come to Sport Clips. It's a relaxing back room where your seat is adjusted to fit the bowl without having to crane your neck or crack your back. Then they pull out a foot stool for you to get comfortable and then the bottom of the chair slides out to fill in the gap between your chair and the foot stool. It makes for a complete recliner which was perfect for chilling out. Then they wrap your face with a hot towel which was slightly scented with tea tree or some other calming oil. Amber did a great job on the shampoo and scalp rub and just when I thought it was already amazing, out comes a cooling towel to wake up my skin and another round of shampoo and scalp rubbing. As if this wasn't already better than any other shampoo I have ever had, once I am seated back in the chair, she starts using a massager on my shoulders and neck. I was in seventh heaven and will probably never go anywhere else for a haircut ever again. You got to go there and check it out for yourself and ask for Amber. She was PHENOMENAL!!!

I was rebooked twice within 3 days after making an appointment OVER 2 weeks ago. Today when they called to rebook again I told them that I was not happy and that I was gonna talk to Laura on my appointment. To my surprise I receive a Text not a Call but a TEXT to inform me that Laura Fallon does not feel comfortable anymore doing my hair and that my appointment was cancelled.
