You have to turn into the Arbors at Carrollwood development (look for the flags at the entrance), circle a roundabout, and then her location is in the shops area, next to a laundromat. It is not marked very well, so look for the hanging sign. Her shop is just one room, so I waited outside while she finished with her current client. I love that she was exactly on time, even though she had back-to-back appointments. Ashley was awesome! Friendly, cheerful, and chatty, she made my waxing time fly by, with a minimal amount of pain. I would not recommend this wax place solely for that reason. managing the membership is a PAIN, I was not able to get set up in the app and had to call to manage my membership. The phone lines run busy and when you finally get to someone it's as if they don't want to talk to you. I was requesting a cancellation of the service due to not living in the area anymore, I was told they would cancel my appointment, suspend my membership for 3 months and send me the cancellation email. I was reassured that I wouldn't be charged and that the suspension would cover the 1 month it takes to actually cancel the membership. not only did I not receive any information regarding the suspension or cancellation via email I was charged again a week later for another month. this is very frustrating to me because it was so easy for them to get me all the information QUICKLY to sign up for the membership but now that I need to manage it they are very slothful in that. again the lady who did my wax was great and I hope soon she branches out and gets her own wax spot. As far as front desk goes better training may be needed in membership management and customer request follow through.
