My son came in on Feb 21 at noon and they had no record of the appointment and he had to schedule his next appointment for July as they couldn't get him in any sooner- he currently is in the waiting room/ cancellation list. I called to ask what happened to his appointment as I directly made call and confirmed his appointment on Jan 31- they answered they had no idea what happened- We have to give 24 notice of any cancellation for them otherwise we get charged - No ownership was given for their mess up/ mistake
