I sent multiple emails asking for basic information about the vitamin content of the infusions--not proprietary formulas, just what was being put into my body--and never received a response. The nurses also seemed unable to answer even basic questions about the products being administered. My biggest concern is what happened to my mother. During an IV treatment, The IV appeared to have been placed in an inappropriate location hitting her NERVE rather than a normal vein site she repeatedly complained of severe pain, yet her concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of immediately stopping and reassessing the IV placement, the procedure continued. She returned home unable to properly move her arm and remained in pain for over a week.

I've done NAD drips of various doses.... get the MAX dosage if you're hitting a festival (I did for burning man) and a few immunity boosters, and every time I leave feeling refreshed--like slipping into a perfectly clean pair of just-laundered underpants. Bonus: sometimes they'll hook you up with compression boots during your session, which takes the edge off your legs and makes it even easier to sneak in a nap. The staff here deserves all the praise. The medical assistants (nurses?) are not only professional but genuinely warm and friendly. And if they're faking it, well... they're very convincing. In my case, ketamine has been instrumental in helping me with all of the following areas of concern: depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, trauma, addiction, suicidal ideation, fatigue, sleep, cognitive performance, mental clarity, and even everyday functionality on a seemingly ordinary human level that so many of us take for granted (until compromise thereof occurs). Within one treatment, ketamine also gently washed away a lifelong fear of needles and IVs, and this annoying obstacle has never returned. I like to say that ketamine (as with most psychedelics) often quite dramatically improves one's capacities: to care for self and others; to move through the world of experience with greater ease, mindfulness, and attention to the present moment; to love more of what is; to gravitate away from the tendency to overcomplicate things, and rather toward a preference for simplicity; and in general to suffer less. The entire organization feels very much like a family, and without doubt they are mission-driven to heal the world, one bodymind at a time.
