We had originally used a realtor who had worked with us on a home lease, but it became apparent that she just wasn't cut out for the current market. My main regret with Raj, was not finding him sooner. My brother and I were trying to sell our late fathers house and selected a local realtor without doing much research... 90 days later we had not received one offer, nor had our realtor been on time with commitments and updates... We found Raj with less than 60 days before the house would be in foreclosure, he took the time to listen to my situation, he let me explain everything before he started speaking. Raj and I met very soon after our first phone call. Within the first two weeks after he re-listed the property, we had several offers of our asking price. We ultimately got our full asking price and closed escrow prior to any foreclosure issues. Raj was always available if I had a question, or a concern.
