The crew that came to our house, Josh Joseph and Shawn (sp?), did a phenomenal job trimming the trees. See the pictures attached before and after. We had 11-12 palm trees that needed much trimming. The crew showed up at 9 am... like they said they were going to... ON TIME! They first walked through the yard with us confirming the job (it turns out that we had one additional tree that needed some work). Regardless, they started working right away. They only took a lunch break during the whole day. They worked until the very end around 4:30 pm. We have had a lot of contractors for our home. The good, bad, and ugly (and no-shows). This business is among the top. Price: We called and obtained quotes from several companies in the Jacksonville area. This company's price is about $5-$20 more per tree than the average, which I calculated to about $55-$60 per palm tree. However, the lack of headaches is completely worth it not to mention the time taken off to stay home that day. Also, they honored a coupon that was in the monthly flyer that saved us another $75. So in the end, it was pretty average for the service provided. Clean up: The crew cleaned up the yard nicely and spent some time to make sure all the palm leaves were picked up. Overall: I was satisfied with the services from Above and Beyond Tree folks. Would not hesitate to recommend them to the Yelp community. Great find! Good help is hard to come by, hopefully Kevin can keep this crew who did a tremendous job for us.

I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.
