The downside is they definitely need more bigger machines because when I went on Saturday it was One lady doing enough laundry that you thought they were doing it for a restaurant, hotel or nursing home and they took up the six large machines they had and all that was left was these small ones that I had to spend double the money to put my blankets in two washing machines instead of one big one. The other issue is there's no where to sit in the place. They have like two chairs and that's it mind you if you drove here you could sit in the parking lot in your car but there's some people who don't so they have to stand waiting for their laundry. There was other laundromats close to my house but I past this place during the weekday for work and I decided to stop in and give it a try. Probably won't be coming back here again unless I absolutely have to

I go the one in North Plainfield. I got to the midnight to 5am promotion to get $1 off the machines…read moreevery day this morning (they no longer do the promotion but still have the signs up). But also i go to reload my card after i use my card for the washing machine with $10 so now my balance refelcts $21.27. Then I go to the dryers and now my balance now my balance is reflecting $8.50. So I go to tell the attendant but the attendant doesn't understand. So I go to put another $1 in the card reader to reload now my balance is saying $18.52. (The dryer machine are .75 my card should now have $20.52 not $18.52. Then I show the attendant the dryer machine and I put my card in to show that it's not reflecting the right amount and now thr balance is saying $7.00. So I do it 2 more times now my balance is saying 5.75 . So I decided to come back in the morning and I let the attendant/manage my issue and he telling me there's nothing wrong and although the dryer isn't reflecting it the money is still on my cars. He calls the owner and the owner is saying thr something bad customer service

Mold everywhere Out of date machines Unnecessary language barrier when wanting to drop off/pick up dry cleaning and selecting drinks from fridge behind cashier. Last time I was here I was on a commute to work I just walked behind the cashier desk because there was no one there and I wanted to get the correct drink from the fridge the first time without arguing or playing Simon says with the cashier. I placed the drink on the counter top and waited for her up by the register only for both her and a nearby costumer got mad at me because it's something I'm not supposed to do, even though again there was no sign/gate stating so preventing me to do so, and there was no bell nearby to inform the cashier I "needed" her to get a drink from me from the forbidden corner. I legitimately do not see why the owners don't invest in another vending machine for the drinks like they have for the snacks, or have the fridge up in front so something like this doesn't happen and a paying customer isn't ridiculed for wanting to speed up an unnecessarily lengthy process. Again, no one was at the register I went to get a drink I rest it on the counter intending to pay I get yelled at. Mind you also, they sell Arizona ICED Tea for 1.25 instead of the listed price of .99 I imagined that was to cover the square card fee for using a card and not cash but then I realized it's the same for cash as well and from some light research....that's illegal This is a very dehumanizing and disgusting place. If the workers aren't present for their jobs, Imagine what happens when you're not present for your clothes. So glad other alternatives around the neighborhood exist
