I did still have to wait about 20 mins before I was called back to a room. Then waited 10-15 mins before seeing a doctor. To me, that seems reasonable -- I was a walk-in. The environment is clean, calm, orderly, welcoming. Bathrooms in hallways are kept very clean. Seating areas are kept very clean. Dr. Erik Andru Martin is who took care of me that day. I was very impressed with him stopping in to apologize for the long wait & checking to see what my specific needs were before needing to leave to complete other patient care. When he returned, he was a good listener, asked good questions, he didn't seem to be rushing at all. I appreciated that he heard what I've tried in the past to deal with a lingering cough & he didn't try to insist on one method to help -- he gave several suggestions. I also appreciated that while he did prescribe a medication -- he also gave suggestions of some very practical ways to address the cough at home. Thank you Dr. Martin for your excellent care.

So friendly and thoroughly checks our skin for cancerous growths. We are both very comfortable with her. Her current assistant is very friendly as well. These clinics, we've been to three in the Vancouver area, are welcoming and have a calming vibe when you enter the building. There's water features which give it a more spa-like feel versus clinical. They use MyChart for patient information, including scheduling appointments, lab results, filling out forms prior to appointments and checking in online to make the waiting time shorter. Overall we're both happy with this location. They have a large parking lot and plenty of hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Would highly recommend!

I've been treated courteously by all the staff here. I've never had a long wait while waiting for my PCP. I can say without hesitation that my concerns have been dealt with quickly and very professionally. The physician is thorough and works in a very timely manner aware of my time and hers, she is an excellent physician in my opinion.

This is not the first issue I've encountered. During my previous visit on October 24, 2025, the doctor ordered the wrong medication dose twice, and after waiting for an hour, I had to leave without treatment then as well.

Over a year working with PTs, chiros to try and fix, along with strength, hydrotherapy, and every other therapy out there. I am falling in the middle of the street, I can't make it up stairs, I'm getting 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night. The left knee has a history of the bilateral hip replacements, and the 3rd degree sprain on the same leg/side, my surgeon wants an MRI, Molina denied it stating that there is no record of trying to do anything else before the MRI to fix the problem. I've been working with my coworkers (chiros, PTs, and doctors) for a YEAR to fix the problem. They sent in a 6 page contemporaneous record of the entire history complete with diagnoses codes, and treatment codes and I have no way to check and see if they got them. I am in abject pain. They have ZERO customer service phone numbers (in spite of saying online they do) to check on the status of appeals (which I totally did with a $57 overnight of chart notes, xrays, and statements of doctors.) I. have. no. recourse. They. Are. Criminal. I am calling my lawyer.

I asked 4 different people for a written statement on Molina Healthcare letterhead stating a pre authorization is not necessary. 3 out of the 4 freaked the f*^k out! Oh No! We cannot do that. The 4th did not return my call. Their denial of sending me that document tells me one thing...this company just might deny coverage AFTER the tumor is excised due to no pre authorization.
