I have been a patient of Dr. Speakers for a long time and both my children since birth. We love her and have always had good experiences at Creekside. I just saw Dr. Speaker recently and she didn't mention the new concierge decision. She is changing her practice to this new concierge model (basically only for the rich) which leaves us now without a PCP as of September. She could have told me in person when myself and my kids were there. To give me a heads up so I could start looking for a new provider (considering how difficult it is to get in with anyone these days and when you do get an appointment it is at least 6-9 months out). Now I will experience a delay in my healthcare and most likely be without my meds until I can get established somewhere else. I never imagined being a middle class, hard working person with decent insurance wouldn't be enough to keep basic healthcare at Creekside. I am shocked at this decision. I didn't think Dr. Speaker was the kind of person who would abandon her patients simply because they can't afford it. Shameful! With everything happening in our country and the direction healthcare is going, we did not need this too. This is painful and heartbreaking to myself and I'm sure many other long time patients of hers. I needed to get Creekside's physical address to put on a form. I was stunned to notice a one-star review of Creekside. And, as I read further, I noticed others. I am shocked as I have never had an unpleasant experience with the office staff nor Dr. Speaker. They are always warm, gracious and helpful. Dr. Speaker is a teacher at heart, as well as someone who works above and beyond for the patient. I'm fortunate in that a I don't need to go often but when I use the portal monthly to get prescription refills she responds right away with answers to any questions about insurance and options, if necessary. When I have my yearly physical, Dr. Speaker spends so much time with me that I begin to feel uncomfortable that we're holding up other patients waiting to see her - she is that thorough and present. And often I will walk out with referrals to specialists or names of someone/something in the community that may help. In summary, I can't say enough about Dr. Speaker. I don't know for sure how long I have been seeing her - probably around 20 years. In my 78 years I have been seen by many doctors, Dr. Speaker is the best at listening, teaching, responding and overall empathy to my health. We love communicating with the front desk staff, whether by telephone or in person. They are always cordial, upbeat and accurate. They greatly appreciate patients who have completed their med history forms prior to arrival as well as those who utilize the online pre-appointment check-in. We've been with Dr. Speaker, exclusively, for over twenty years. She always asks the correct Q's when assessing and we've yet to stump her with our questions. Her eidetic memory often revisits comments and concerns from previous visits even though they've not been charted. We feel extremely fortunate to be patients of such an excellent physician. Her education credentials and experience are a huge asset for patients lucky enough to call her their doctor. My husband went to this Doctors office a few times in 2021. The doctor he saw was pleasant, then he lost his insurance and wasn't able to see the doctor for about 6 months. When he got insurance back I called to get his adhd meds refilled. The doctors office informed me that his doctor left the office and they can't see him. They referred us to legacy health but he couldn't get an appointment till May 26th. (This was in February) So we asked if they can refill his meds until the appointment, they did but not enough to last him till then. We just called last week to see if they can give him like 2 weeks of meds. The front desk lady was rude and said he is not their patient anymore and not their responsibility. Super unprofessional since their the reason he has to do this in the first place. read more

I started going to Creekside medical about 10 years ago since it was conveniently located to my work at the time. Since then I have had 3 providers leave and have been placed with the "new" doctors without any advanced notice or input from me. there have been a few times that I have had appointments only to leave with no answers or feel like my concerns were not addressed. one example is I had a rash on my arm, two providers looked at it, didn't know what it was, tested me for shingles and prescribed a topical that made it worse, and couldn't tell me if it was contagious or not, which is important in my line of work, so I went to a dermatologist, who took one look at my arm and diagnose me with poison oak from a hiking trip I had gone on (which I had told the providers about). I have been charged for missed appointment that I did not miss... (I went in earlier the same week and the original appointment was not cancelled by their front office) and when I asked for a manager to review this, I never received a call... yet continue to receive statements for the missed appointment fee (We have great insurance and I have always paid my co-pays as soon as I receive my statements). Prescription refills are slow and the office hours are limited so I tend to use alternate urgent care offices when I need to be seen immediately (such as for upper respiratory illness) and have had to miss work to be seen before prescriptions would be refilled. I understand the need for labs to monitor levels, but at least give more notice and allow for scheduling (in this case for my thyroid medication, which I have taken for 15 years.). overall the experiences that I have had at Creekside medical have continually declined over the past several years so last week I decided to change providers (although I will say that I recently went in and saw Dr. Nopachai since my provider was not available, and that experience was positive). Today my new provider emailed asking for my most recent labs. I tried to go onto the creekside health portal to view my labs, which were done a couple months ago and my portal was inactivated. I called to ask why and about my latest lab results, , and I was told that because they received my release of records from my new provider they are now charging me to see my health records.... they said they just sent the records today and only sent the last 3 years to my new provider which does not include the tests and/or reports from specialists that I have seen over the past 3-10 years for cancer treatments, colonoscopies, mammograms, thyroid ultrasounds etc. and if I actually wanted to see any of my records I have to pay. but my new provider can send a "new request" for the rest of the records. I am a 10 year stage 4 cancer survivor and I am livid that this office is CHARGING me to see my records!!! Before today, I was questioning if I was making the right decision by changing but after today, I know that I am and would not recommend this practice to anyone unless the way this practice is run drastically changes. read more

I've been going to Creekside for a couple years now. I typically see Dr. Jessica Ly but have seen others. I've never had a bad experience, always pleasant and relatable. I like that I can laugh with my doctor, while still getting top notch care. With Covid-19 and the risk of exposure, they now offer televisits for things not requiring a hands on look. It took me awhile to find a doctor after being shuffled around when my doctor at another big local clinic retired. Small town feel in the city. Thanks, Creekside and staff. read more

I was a longstanding patient of Dr. Amy Nopachai until this month. I am leaving the practice and finding another PCP unfortunately because Dr. Nopachai only seems concerned about keeping the revenue flowing, not about making her patients feel cared for. I recently switched to a mail order pharmacy to simplify managing the medications I regularly take for high blood pressure. Even though I had an appointment scheduled with her in Feb. she refused to send an order for a 90 day supply because "other patients, not you, tend to get what they want and then cancel their appointment". This is ludicrous. I am not those problem patients, have never been noncompliant in any way, and yet she chose to place me into that same category. That decision impacts me financially, and is not acceptable. I am frustrated that even though she has been my PCP for many years she made that determination about me, and does not seem the least bit concerned about losing me as a patient. read more

Worst Doctor's office I have ever been to. Never have I been treated so rudely at a doctors office. Never has my care been so poor. New in area. I have a terminal illness. Called to check on my referral to a specialist. They would not help me. Staff member named Casey would not listen. In truth she was looking at wrong referral request. But instead of listening when I tried to correct her she just kept interrupting, talking over the top of me and raising her voice. Finally a Dr came on line and I was able to explain it to her but my goodness. Talk about no people skills. These people are the worst. Then they are very into your signing up for their portal which has messaging capability. Similar to system I had with Kaiser in LA. Only difference is Kaiser allows you to use their messaging system. I messaged Creekside a few times and a get call from Administrator telling me that app is only for diabetics. Not for daily communication. What's the point then? BUT then I was advised that was not the case and apparently Jackie just lied. Apparently they just dont want to get any messages. I was caught between a rock and a hard place. Couldn't call because they were so rude. Not allowed to message (even lied to me about purpose of app). If you are a person who never gets sick they would love you. If you actually require some care you better look elsewhere. You are not going to get it here. They dont care if you ever get to see a specialist, even for a terminal illness. They dont care if you are out of medicine. They just dont care. Very sad that they actually think they are doing a good job. I never have received an apology for any of their actions. PLEASE. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere. That's what I am doing. There are plenty of doctors. You dont need their rudeness, lack of understanding, arrogance, poor care. Dr. Speaker is an amazing provider. Informative and educates different options for patients needs. Peristently and patiently helped me work through options managing neck pain conservatively and worked through each process with me over almost a year leading to less conservative measures. All referrals requested by me were sent with no questions asked and even educated me about insurance barriers we may face along the way. It's the first time I have ever felt like I have had a provider really listen and work cohesively to treat an issue and I was really prepared each step of the way. The final result ended up being seeing a neurosurgeon for spinal surgery after exhausting all options but I felt like as a provider she has been there each step of the way and going above and beyond on her timeliness of referrals and informing me of diagnostic results. She is absolutely amazing. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Olivia Jones for a number of years and I have always had the very best of care by physician and staff at Creekside Medical. The office is run in a very professional manner while maintaining a cheerful atmosphere. I have always found them to be accommodating and flexible in regards to scheduling. I appreciate the text reminders of upcoming appointments, they help me keep my calendar in order. Dr. Jones is enthusiastic, intelligent, and capable. We tried this office for our new born and my wife. The Drs do not seem to really care, or even have the knowledge to help. Ended up changing our pediatrician to Evergreen Pediatrics. Much more knowledgeable Drs that actually helped rather than just telling us to deal with the issues and eventually they might go away. The Dr we had was Dr Salleva. A few times during our appointments she actually googled what to do for treatment on her computer, which was very surprising to us. We will not be going back to this office ever again. read more

Creekside is top notch. My whole family was established here for years with either Dr. Nopachai or Dr. Speaker. We respect their medical opinion and always had full confidence they practiced with sound judgement. They're also just really neat individuals and we enjoyed getting to know them over the years.
