After hearing about our issue, he gave us a straightforward self-fix option to help avoid an unnecessary expense--which we really appreciated. But as we still had some doubts, I asked if he could come take a look (I offered to pay a service fee). To our surprise, he said all consultations are free and was happy to stop by the very next day. In person, Yamil was friendly, clear, and professional. He helped ease all our concerns. Even though we didn't end up needing a full service, the experience was excellent.
