We wanted to put artificial turf so we could regain usage of the area as a kid's play area. Unfortunately, many of the "larger" companies didn't even want to bid on the job, saying it was too small, or they bid extremely high numbers. When we received a response from Jagger at Greenworks, he was extremely professional and offered to come to take an in-person look at the area. I was impressed that he respected our family from the start, and wore a face-covering without asking to help protect each other from COVID. Jagger went through and carefully measured the area, explained the process to us, and provided a detailed and fair bid. He also gave us a few different options on turf and left us samples (which my kids still love to play with). The entire process was seamless. Jagger and his team arrived when they said they would, did an outstanding job installing the turf, and even followed up afterward to ensure we were satisfied. I had done some research on the installation, and Jagger's team installed it in the best manner possible with a full nail board surround, and nothing just "staked" into the ground. This is what you want! Jagger even told us where to purchase some basic maintenance items online, rather than try to up-sell us. It was most appreciated. I was willing to negotiate the "mistake" but emotions got the better of the owner (Jagger) and he cancelled the job.
