The installers did not do a good job with sanding or sealing our pavers. In a short time, we had staining, mold, sand washout and weeds. We needed help. This was a big job and had to be split up into two days. Chris gave us a fair quote, scheduled the two days, kept in contact with us, and notified us when he was on his way. Chris dove in and did all of the work himself; cleaning, spreading the sand and wetting it in, and then putting on a thick coat of sealer. The difference from before and after was amazing! Initially everything went great. They were responsive, quick to compete a sight survey, and were…read morepatient while we awaited HOA approval. When the job was completed we were satisfied. However, after a few months both trees they planted in our front yard were completely dead. I asked for a second opinion from a different landscaper. He informed me they overcharged us several hundred for the palm and both trees were incorrectly planted, accelerating the loss. We reached out to TRIMEN hoping to get a refund for the trees only. They said no, it was likely our fault, and they would replace them at a minimally discounted rate. Be careful with these guys, we didn't do enough research to see they up charge about 20%. We had a local come in and fix their mistakes. Just be careful don't pay for the same job twice by using Trimen.
