They were hired to fix and paver patio that was sinking around the edge. They were also hired to clean, add sand and replace a couple pavers that had rust spot. He arrived with nothing to clean pavers and nothing to cut pavers for the replacements. After sealing there was an area that wasn't sealed and the sand was loose and washing out of the crack. After calling the owner for this simple fix. He ghosted me like he doesn't care about his customers. The only positive was the sinking pavers were fixed.

***UPDATE: over a month later - and several broken promises later - and not another dime of the…read morepromised refund, with zero communication after missing deadline after deadline. And in digging deeper into the permit application he filed with the City of Clearwater, he provided a contractor license number that I am unable to verify. When I asked if he was permitted several months ago, he sent me an IRS tax ID, not a license number. He has since ignored my request to provide his contractor number and I cannot verify the company with the State of Florida. I strongly suspect he is working without a license (I'm happy to correct this review as soon as he provides the information I've requested). Antonio Pavers did decent work on a very small job for us, and on that basis we contracted them to do an entire driveway replacement. It was an unmitigated disaster. They were completely unqualified to navigate the permitting process, even when we stepped in to help by preparing the documents and meeting with the city. We finally had to terminate the contract and they agreed - in writing, several times - to refund the substantial security deposit we had paid. To date, they have failed repeatedly to make the refund payments they have committed to, in writing. This includes a signed BBB agreement. Constant excuses and unfulfilled promises to pay "this week" - I have lost track of the number of times the owner has made a commitment to make good on his word. We are still out over $1000 in funds we paid that (a) resulted in NO work completed, and (b) he has promised, repeatedly, to refund. Clearly this company cannot be trusted.
