After quoting one price and us paying it, they expressed verbally afterwards that "they charged too low", which is unprofessional to say to a client. 3) I would compare their pricing with other Paralegals and even law firms that offer solely document preparation services as a limited scope without full representation. We ended up doing the latter and found a licensed attorney whose pricing appeared more reasonable than what LDA charged us to date! It made us feel like we have been ripped off :( 4) They made a lot of mistakes in the paperwork and I ended up spending 2 hours in their office to fix their mistakes. Quality control is lacking and they were not happy with me being detail oriented and checking their work! I would rate their paralegal service at below average.
