I made an appointment with Victoria for bankruptcy services last year and I was very nervous about the process but she was very professional and knowledgeable and went over my options. I chose to continue and she told me what was needed and made sure that I had everything ready. Victoria represented me for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. She's very organized and thorough when compiling the information for your case. The first meeting was technically free, but after listening to her, answering all my questions about the process, I decided on the spot to hire her to represent me. In order for the process to go smoothly you have to make sure you bring all the required documents that she asks, and complete any processes that are required prior to the second meeting. In less than a month, she had filed my case filed with the court. From then on, it was all mostly hands off for me. She took care of all the case related work. I just had to attend the meeting of creditors, and she was there accompanying me. In total, the process took about four months. When you hire her service, you should not be expecting a big law firm with offices. Our meetings took place in rented office space. However that does not mean she is not reachable. On the contrary, she is very diligent about keeping in touch with you, and promptly replies to your emails, and calls. I am very pleased with her work.
