I gave him a call for my garbage disposal. He arrived on time the next day and gave me a fair estimate in little time. It didn't take long for it to become clear he is a true professional with a personality of an old friend. He then checked out other plumbing issues I had remembered. He resolves unexpected mishaps with grace - he thinks quickly on his feet. In general he is down to business and has good insights into things if you ask him. I actually learned quite a bit in the short time he was here. He made the experience of having a stranger in your home as good as it gets and did the work I needed done quickly. Alan provides A+ plumbing service to local residential homes in Salisbury, Wicomico, Delaware, Etc. While you'll learn Alan is mostly a one man band, he outperforms the larger teams in the area if you're lucky enough to fit into his schedule when your toilet breaks. I can't stress enough how much I recommend calling him as your go to plumber for emergencies or general maintenance.

He was kind, polite and helpful, explaining exactly what he was going to do. He quickly and efficiently completed the job, even vacuuming, when done. Before the plumber arrived, I had already done some troubleshooting and explained that the leak became worse when water was being used in the house and slowed significantly when I shut off the main water supply. The plumber briefly looked around, noticed a small amount of water in the HVAC condensate pan, and immediately concluded that the air conditioning was the cause. He would not seriously consider the information I provided or investigate other possible plumbing-related causes, despite the clear pattern I described. I felt like my observations were dismissed without a thorough evaluation. On top of that, there was a non refundable fee of $179 for the visit. When you're dealing with a leak that is actively damaging your home, you want someone who will methodically diagnose the problem rather than jump to a conclusion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously and performs a more comprehensive assessment before ruling out other possibilities.
