Unorganized, unprofessional, and rude front desk staff. No place that employs people like this is worth anything. One of the front desk women made a comment about how I wouldn't be charged for something to do with my visit and then a separate woman said I would be so I questioned it, and then the first woman made a comment how I was excited for "free stuff." The same front desk woman who made the rude comments marked something on my chart that the doctor did NOT (I watched her mark it) and then they proceeded to tell me the doctor marked it. I believe I was overcharged. Then a different woman refused to give me a print out of specifically what was charged and why. My mother happened to be overcharged during one of her visits here and this was proven by way of her insurance and apparently they are still dragging their feet on paying her back the money they stole. I see some hostile and combative responses that this place gives to negative reviews throughout the internet. Again, a clear sign that this is a poor quality establishment that isn't capable of improving major issues within. Then I waited for almost 5 hours. With the unprofessional and inept front desk staff and the overcharging, my family is done coming to this place and I would suggest others go elsewhere for medical care. read more

Extremely unprofessional. Spent over a week trying to get them to send the script for my prescription (which is something you can withdraw from) to the Kroger pharmacy. Left multiple messages, never got calls back. Was told it was on the doctors desk... 2 days later still not sent. Was told it would be sent that day, still nothing. They don't even know how their "patient portal" works. Terrible business. read more

Complete Care, these words are a disgusting description of what this place actually is. It's NOT complete, and Dr. Tindle DOESN'T care. He ordered a completely healthy young man to come into the office for an appointment, during this Covid crisis, just because he hadn't seen him in a year, all because he needed a refill on his prescription. And to further show that the doctor doesn't care to protect the patients, he refused to wear a face mask or gloves. Don't go to this office!! Why put your health, and life at risk!! This doctor doesn't care about life, or the oath he took to become a doctor. Is there a zero rating?! There should be. This is the worst place ever. I had pain in my lower abdomen so I decided to go there, they made me wait for 1.5 hours then a nurse came and took some measurements (BP etc) , after that I was left in a room for 3 more hours, nobody came to see me, I inquired and I was told that the doctor will take another 45 minutes to see you. This was the most absurd experience ever and I said I don't want to be here anymore and demanded my money back, that they gave to me at that time, but later sent me a bill saying I need to pay or they will send it to collections. So I ended up paying for wasting my 5 hours and NO DOCTOR saw me. This is the most pathetic place I have ever visited, avoid it at all costs. Called ahead for a walk in. Waited about two hours which is almost understandable for a walk in but they did not look busy. They saw me 5 minutes before closing. Receptionist was rude when I had questions about insurance. Nurse was very nice but the Dr dismissed all but one of my concerns. Seemed like he just wanted to go home. He ended up having me a buy a cream I could have but at the drugstore for $5. Charged $120 to my HSA card for NOTHING. read more

I have lived in Grand Blanc for 15 years and for 14 of those years I have always gone to Complete Care Center. In my opinion, all of the staff that works here cares about you - you are more than just a patient. As a result, the wait for your appointment time may be longer then you might like, but in the big picture it is because the staff is taking the time to do their jobs right! yes, I am a big fan of Complete Care Center! read more

Arrived at 2:30pm for a 2:45pm scheduled appointment. Receptionist did not call me up until 3pm. At 3:20pm I went to the front desk and asked to cancel my 2:45pm appointment and have my copay refunded. If I was a walk-in I would be more understanding of the wait. If you cannot honor appointments, do not take them. Very bad service! read more

I am very happy with Dr. Tindles professionalism and competence. He is no nonsense and honest. If you are a snowflake you won't find a safe place here, just a melting evaluation of your medical condition. He's a doctor who won't string you along just to make money off of you. read more

Went in the wait was okay but they questioned why I was there after I had told them already. Once in back I felt like the Dr didn't listen and just seemed to say anything they thought. After $100 worth of charges and nothing to show for that, I later got a call from the Dr and they were very unprofessional, hostile, rude. would not recommend, been coming here for the past few years and at first the front desk ladys were bearable. but i came in on a monday as a walk in, because first of all the dr told me the saturday prior my a pharmacy would give me an injection that i needed but they couldnt and neither could the hospital because this office prescribed it so they they need to get it for me. then second of all on that monday the staff was TERRIBLE and when i say this i dont mean just the attitudes of the girls but everytime a patient walks out of the building/calls the office phone. Afterwords the ladys just talk about the patients in a rude manner. judging them, rolling their eyes. it's something i have never seen before in a dr office. and the last thing that rubbed me the wrong way was how unprofessional they were about everything. it was a monday, they were busy. but the ladys were using that as an excuse for everything and even telling the patients that they were super busy and that they are very frustrated with how the day was going. we dont care so dont share that with us. Had a horrible reaction to a drug prescribed. Drug is known for having these terrible effects. Still charged me a $10 fee to issue new script. Would not waive the fee. Not good for getting repeat business. I certainly won't be back. read more

My husband has gone here a couple of times, he got sick recently and went in to see Dr. Roland Tindle who said he had pneumonia and gave him Ciprofloxacin to help him get better. My husband is deathly allergic to Penicillin and Mold. Doctor Tindle was aware of this for it was in my husbands chart on the paperwork he needed to fill out which listed his allergies. Ciprofloxacin is derived from Mold and my husband came down with 3 of the most serious side effect reactions that can happen. His face swelled up his ear filled with fluid and a ringing in the ear, his throat also started to swell shut. When returning to see Dr. Roland Tindle explaining what has happened he said it's impossible for anyone to be allergic to more then one medication, he also stated it's the patients responsibility to know what medications they are putting into their body, i,e, Do The Research, he also stayed that it's not his responsibility or knowledge to know what medications derive from what. Well that why you ask the Pharmacist correct? Shouldn't the doctor speak with the Pharmacist if he's unaware if the medication he's giving to his patient can harm them or not? Shouldn't we be able to trust our doctor to know not just what's wrong with us but how to help us get better by not just talking to us but by reading our charts? Otherwise can someone please tell me what's the point of us not only going to see a Doctor but filling out the paperwork that we do that shows our medical history and allergies. Complete Care Center in Grand Blanc is a good place as long as you avoid Doctor Roland Tindle. Horrible bed side manner, doesn't listen and laughs when he hears you suffered from an allergic reaction to a drug he gave you. read more
